the question you've asked is WHY, not what to do...

They dont have the ability to break down lactose In milk as effieciently as an adult, The fermentation of lactose in the bowels causes the formation of wind, including methane and carbon dioxide. These cause the baby’s intestines to inflate. layiong them out flat across your legs and rubbing their backs in an upward gesture from base of back to top of lungs works best as it brings the air up less painfully, the leg crunching is a sure sign of wind and pain associated with it

Babies are just getting used to using their lungs. They are babies and do not understand breathing techniques. We adults are supposed to know to exhale when we swallow eliminating air in our system as much as possible. We have a sense of feeling if we need to burp or pass gas. Babies have no idea of their feelings. If babies are upset from gas, they cry, and what happens is they swallow more air trapped in their tummies. A baby tensing up does now allow for the release of gas, which is why we help the baby to burp. Air becomes trapped in between the swallows of formula or baby food. The food is digested but the food is trapped.

Don't you get very uncomfortable when you have a gas bubble stuck?
You're smart and can move around and do whatever it takes to relieve the pain... Babies can't.. So they cry...

There GI is new and sensitive and developing...

I t's really painful, but it seems someone exaggerated this thing. Belly button bleeding? I don't think so, however, it's painful and if you are a mom, you'll get upset. I had too, and got rid of this tummy bug by giving babies magic tea to my child.

Ofcourse baby start will be painful, a lifeless ringer for most stuff we may be able to and may't adventure. even if we gained't degree them, somewhat. some painful issues we gained't adventure without lack of life, and different pains we may be able to;t adventure through it being no longer conceivable through our biology. As on your link, i'm very skeptical about it. i will't take it heavily. All we've is their be conscious that that is "precisely" or very on the threshold of the soreness of exertions. To make this an precise attempt, they ought to of positioned 2 adult males and a pair of girls persons (or merely one lady) on the gadget aswell. this way lets make an precise end with suggestions from basing how the lady reacts, evaluating it to how women persons in exertions react to verify if the evaluate, then evaluating the lady on the gadget's adventure with the adult males on the gadget's adventure.

They swallow air while feeding.
Or they get gas from what they eat.
Their digestive systems are immature and they are young and don't understand why they hurt and need help to fix it.
