The only reason to warm it up is that a baby is usually more willing to take it that way. If your baby is happy with cold milk, that's fine.

Breast milk with last in the freezer for a couple of weeks, and even longer in a sub zero freezer. you can safely keep it in the refrigarator for 72 hours. The best way to store breast milk is in the plastic (bag like) disposable bottle inserts. When ready to feed baby, take a bag out and place it in a bowl of warm water for about 15 to 20 minutes. Straight from the fridge can cause cramping in the stomach in infants, and the warm milk is soothing and can help baby rest.

There is nothing wrong with chilled breastmilk. In fact, you should NEVER heat breastmilk in the microwave. The heat kills the anitbodies in breastmilk and you definitely do NOT want to do that! If you need to make it "warm", leave it out for no longer than an hour.

As long as your baby will drink it, it's fine. The only thing with brest milk is when it gets cold the fat in it rises to the top, this could cause problems with cloging the nipple. Just remember to NEVER put breast milk in the microwave. When you microwave breastmilk it kills the antibodis and good bactirea in breastmilk.

heating destroys some of the nutrients in the milk. if your baby doesnt like it really cold, just take it out of the fridge about 20 mins before your expect your baby to get hungry. anyway, you got about 3 hours of the milk being in room temperature before it'll spoil.

If it doesn't bother baby, it's ok to do it when you have to (supposing you are in a hurry). It shouldn't hurt him/her, there is no medical reason why the milk needs to be warm. No evidence this causes "cramping". Most babies do seem to prefer it warm but obviously yours isn't picky!

I would warm it a little bit to take the chill off. It is easier for the baby to take when the chill is off.

I don't see the problem if the baby takes it cool. Just don't heat it up to the boiling point

Yes, babies are used to your warm milk, that's how it's produced in your body and how they usually take it.
