Ok so today before Study Hall I squrked Hand Sanitizer on my friend Chris' back and then Chris and this kid Josh got into a Sanitizer fight. Chris got it on this kids backpack we got yelled at by the math teacher, she supended Chris and gave me and his kid Franky detention and made us write a letter to are parents and if we got have it signed weget supended, but she let Josh go because he lied and she believed him just because he is passing her class!

After see let him go she said "You children are never gunna get anywhere life! Who want to hire someone who get strait D's on there report card? Why do come to school because your parents make you? Well stop up space! I wish I could see you in 10 years so I can laugh because your homeless and got know where to go! You better marry some rich to take care of you because your not gunna get anywhere!"

And I am only failing her class because I have trouble in math! Do you think she right?

I'm sixteen, my boyfriend is seventeen... and me and boyfriend are always careful.. I don't know where we messed up.. we always use condoms and we're both in highschool.. I took the test it said positive so I took another one and it said the same thing.. so I'm sure I am.. but my parents are gonna kill me.. I just found a guy they like and now I feel like they're gonna hate me and him.. I don't know what to do.. I know I have to tell them.. but last time I was in trouble.. my dad said if I mess up one more time that I'm in for it.. I'm so scared I don't know what to do.. Alright my cousin is only 16. She recently had a beautiful baby boy in July. She got pregnant when she was 14 yrs old by a man who is now 38. (SERIOUSLY) All my cousin does is smoke trees, drink, hang out and have sex all the time w/ the 38 yr old in my Grandmothers house. This man climbs up a ladder in the back of the house to get into my cousins room. Neither my cousin nor her baby daddy take care of their child my grandmother who is 74 w/diabetes and kidney failure does. Whenever my cousin has the baby (on days my grandmother does to dialysis 3 days out of the week) he has bruises and cuts like shes abusing him. What can I do (not being her legal guardian)about this whole situation?

P.S My cousins mother and father aren't in her life.

Okay, so my friend Drake happens to come from a very wealthy family. They have this maid ... and she's *always* trying to do me in ! You see, I come to their house every day (to see Drake), but his parents don't know that, because I always try to avoid them. They like me (correction: are impressed by me), but they're always questioning me, as if they think i'm getting married to their son. So I usually just go in through one of the side entrancesor wait until I know they're not in the house. This would work if the maid didn't keep trying to do me in ! She always likes to make it known that I am there, even though it is obvious that I dislike being questioned by Drake's parents. Just the other day, Drake and I were in the library and she walked in and said,
"Oh - hello, Liliana," very loudly, just as Drake's mother was walking past. This, of course, led to more awkward questioning.

like almost 3 packs a day...i have sat down and begged her to stop iv told her how dangerous it is..i told her that shes nto only killing herself but shes killing me and she comes up with the why dont u move out then remarks??im 16 where am i going to go...and then when i tell her shes killing herself shes says....well im going to die of something one day..i cant convince her no matter what i do..shes got a bad cough and she has numberous health problems plus shes had pehhmonina(sp?) like 3 times in 5 years...plus my grandmaw is in her last days of battle with lung cancer she smoked for 40 years and now shes dieing..and yet my mom still smokes...i get so pi$$ed i just dont no what to do..when im in the car with her she smokes in everywhere she goes shes smoke..iv sat down and seriously talked to her...and now im just angrey my sisters haveing a baby and she even plans to smoke with him in the house...what can i do please help me here

I'm 15 and it's 9:15 PM and I have school tomorrow and now I'm going to be doing a bunch of last minute stuff...I just got out of the shower...I need a routine! When should I do my homework, shower, brush teeth, etc. and when should I be in bed??? im 14 and i dont want to live with my parents anymore. i want to live with my grandma and grandpa. the reason is i dont like living in my house because it makes me very depressed. it always seems like my parents do not care about me at all and just see me as a maid and a babysitter in the house. they never let me go to friends house and i get grounded for basically nothing. and i have to babysit everyday and sometiems on weekends. we get into fights a lot about these things. but they dont seem to care at all. they are also VERY controlling. they dont let me do anything i want or anything. they dont let me be me. they make me be what they want. i used to cut because i was depresssed but i dont do that anymore. i try not to. but i am still depressed. and i think it would be better to live with my grandparents. my question is , is it possible to ask to live with my grandparents instead of my parents if im 14?

im goign to the drs. tommorow and my moms makeing me get all these shots the ones for ceveral cancer or whatever...buy my mom smokes right in front of my face and she can give me lung cancer but shes makeing me get these shots when im prob going to die of something other then that ...then shes makeing me get the flu shot witch iv only gotten twice and the 2 times iv got it...i got the flu very bad..then she wants me to get the mengites shot..witch once again...i feel like if im ment to die im ment to die...theres more dangerous things...to worry about then a rare thing thing...plus shes making me get a tetnus shot...thats 4 shots in one day..and im not good with being stuck ...this really isnt fair...and i have no say so on anything....what do i do

my mom is being a b*tch. not kidding. i have asthma and lately due to stress and family issues its gotten alot worst. my asthma is in 100% control of me. my mom says that im either faking or she doesnt care. ive been in the hospital alot lately, and the last time i was there they kept me for 2 nights. my mom says that there was no reason for me to decided to stay the second night. OF COURSE THEIR WAS! it wasnt all my decision. the doctors ound my moms lighter next to my bed after she left and asked about it and i said yeah she smokes. so they wanted to keep me out of that enviroment for a while. yesterday i got a root canal and the doctor did a HORRIBLE JOB. i havent been able to eat much the last two days. and my mom and i were down stairs talking and she said, "well im afriad to ask you how much it hurts becuase your so dramatic now days" and i told her to shut up and that i was tired of this stuff. if she isnt the one hurt, she doesnt care. its like i should go run away. im not that

Theres this senior in my high school that is always picking on me because I am a freshmen and I am only 12 years old. Usually bullies dont bother me because I dont get offended easily an just ignore them. This bully is different. He seems to like the fact that I ignore him. At first he just called me names later it started escalating. It kept going up until he started beating me up. How can I get him to stop? I tried telling it to the schools main office but whenever I try talking to them they just look at me then walk away. I also tried asking my brother to help but he just laughed at me. I dont want to give my parents more problems they already have a lot of family issues regarding my uncle. The only people that are willing to help are my friends but I dont want to get the into this.
