Well dont go pulling a Columbine on him. Since you sound to be an inteligent kid use your smarts against him. The next time he messes with you ask him if he beats you up because he isnt loved enough at home. Or ask him if hes beating you up to cover up his hidden crush he has on you.
OR IF YOU REALLY WANT TO THROW HIM OFF TELL HIM THAT YOU LIKE IT WHEN HE TOUCHES YOU AND MAYBE YOU 2 COULD CATCH A MOVIE SOMETIME!! He might get freaked out and never touch or talk to you again!!

If the school's not doing anything and your parents aren't either, call the police.
If he's touching you in ANY way (even just a simple little poke) that's assault.
Your little bully should know this being nearly an adult.
But I would get the police involved not only because of the bully himself, but since the school hasn't made any efforts to stop this either. Part of their job is to keep their students safe, even if it's from other students.
I definitely encourage you into talking with a police officer on what to do.

Bullies can ruin your whole life. They can affect your self esteem and make it harder for you to stand up for yourself when you are an adult. I recently watched a program on bullies hat said most of the time ignoring them just makes it worse(which certainly seems to be your case). The program said to definately fight back. Also pay attention, you are probably not the only one he bullies. If you could get everyone he bullies together, you could all confront him at the same time. He probably wouldn't like that. Bullies attack people when they are weak and have no back up.
Best of luck to you and I hope everything works out.
(You can tell you Mom and Dad, you can talk to a guidance counsellor or a trusted teacher, but ultimatley how you deal with this person will end it, not the actions of others)

have you tried your guidance counselor? usually they are a big help and can keep things confidential. i used to get bullied in school and it's not fun so i know how you feel. and it's more than likely nothing with you .. bullies just pick someone .. they don't have any self respect and take it out on other people.
first off i'd say try your guidance counselor.
second [if that doesn't work] definitely go to the main office. if they don't listen, keep trying.
after all of that .. tell your parents. i know they have a lot of other issues going on and may not seem to care but they really do. they don't know what's going on - you need to tell them and they will be there to help.
also, try talking to your friends .. they could help!

I really don't understand why nobody is taking you seriously about the issue, neither the school nor your family members !
When this involved physical aggression and you think you need help, then you SHOULD inform your parents about it. They need to care for your safety and convenience to study at that school - regardless of other problems they are currently facing.
What you can do now is establish and maintain good relationship with 3-4 schoolmates, and always be with any one of them when in school (never alone). This friend could be a helper or a witness if one day you need to provide evidence to your school or (God forbids) the Police.
Also try to find a teacher (or more) whom you can confide to and discuss about your study as well as your relationship with the other kids.
Certainly somebody in school will have an ear for you, it seems impossible to me if you are completely unliked by or isolated from the community.
Form your own peer (not gang) and build a relationship to the best of all the members.
You have to be strong - but you don't equip yourself and make yourself ready "to fight to death" by your self. Okay ?
Good luck !!

Well I would say to talk to a principle or a teacher if it gets serious. Down the line you will be glad you did. Dont fight back because it gets you into ALOT of problems. Trust me I ended up beating up everyone who saw me in a bad way and just kept getting police tickets. I stoped because I knew that wasnt the life I wanted went to school and now when someone looks at me wrong I just ignore them. BUT for you at school just tell someone you can trust to tell the principle to have a talk with them. Futhuremore, because he touched you he can be put behind bars or just given a ticket, you will need proof however. Well hope that helps.

Ignoring them won't solve your problem because they can probably see in your reaction that they're bothering you. Stand tall and don't let yourself be pushed around. Bullies bully to compensate for a lack of self esteem. If you show them that you're not willing to stand for it, they may back off and go bully someone else who puts up less of a fight.
I'm not telling you to fight them. Don't just mouth off either (that will make them more angry). Just show that you're not going to stand for it. If it goes beyond something you can handle on your own...you MUST tell your school principal, guidance counselor, a teacher who cares...anyone who can help put an end to it. I know you'll feel like a "tattle" at first, but it's worth it for your own peace of mind. Trust me...that's all I'll say. Good luck.

Turn him in to the school authorities. Tell a teacher. Tell the guidance counselor. Tell the principal. Tell all these people and DEMAND that they put a stop to it. They are responsible for your well-being at school, and are legally liable if something happens to you. Tell them this. Be persistent. If they ignore you, I would even consider asking the principal how much an attorney would cost them if you sued. THAT will get their attention, 12-years old or not. And if the kid physically beats you up, call the cops. I'm not even kidding. Kid or no kid, especially if he is a senior, he is assaulting you, and that is a crime.

Sorry to hear that. But here is my advice. If you are going to get beaten up anyway, do what I would do. Stand up to him and give him the best shot you can, even if it is a cheap one. Then he will have something to think about. I am not encouraging you to fight, but as I told my son years ago when he was having trouble on his school bus with a bigger, older kid, it is o.k. to defend yourself. He punched the kid in the stomach on the bus and was never bothered again. Sometimes you just have to figure things out for yourself, if you are not getting help elsewhere. I would imagine if you went to your guidance counselor, he would take you seriously if you need assistance. Good Luck and don't let people push you around.

you better talk to the person bullying you. try to ask him why he is doing that towards you. ask him what's the problem. tell him to STOP! BE A GOOD EXAMPLE TO PEOPLE YOUNGER THAN YOU! AS I CAN SEE, YOU ARE NOT DOING SUCH THING! ARE YOU ALSO DOING THAT TO YOUR BROTHER AT HOME? YOU ARE A SHAME TO YOUR FAMILY! YOU ARE SHOWING ME HOW YOU WERE RAISED BY YOUR PARENTS! don't just ignore wrong doing he has been doing to you. you need to react! age doesn't matter! tell him too that YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ACTING LIKE AN ADULT! but don't utter bad words! never let him touch you again or else, then you have to defend yourself by fighting back even if youre too small for him. coz people like this would continue to bully you if they think you are a loser (i mean cant fight back)
but i really cant believe this that your school office and your own brother abandoned you. maybe, you have done wrong to the person bullying you. better talk to him to clarify things!
