when a teacher or someone older than me kind of scold me or something,i can't help but smile.when i didn't do the homework,the teacher will give me a lecture in front of the whole class and i can't stop smiling.i know it's kind of rude but when i'm nervous,i just smile,i just don't know what to do and can't help it.it's weird,but how do you handle this kind of situation when somone older than you mad or talk to you???
p/s:don't tell me to start doing my homework next time, because i've learnt the lesson,and i'll do my work. :D lol

I already asked this in the right section but got basically no help and I need help. This is the most popular place. I will choose best answer!

My Computer [Laptop] is a Compaq just got it a year ago this month. The Virus protection ran out recently and I have not had the chance to pick up a new one. THis same thing happened to my friends computer of the same type. Our Wireless Assistants disappeared and will not turn on or open once we find the file. Nor will the light go back to blue signaling it has a conenction: It stays orange. I need to fix this before my dad gets home I don't know how it happened. Before I went to sleep the other night it was working. Then this!

If I reformat it will everything be erased that I have saved:? I do editing work an dhave different files for projects open. And how would I do that? [Reformat I mean?] My desktop computer hooks through cable. My laptop runs off it.

Is that when people think of teenagers they just think of the worse that were all on drugs and pregnant.I know i dont always respect my parents and small stuff like that.But im 15 and i havent had sex and i have a boyfriend im not on drugs but iv been offered same with smokeing and drinking.But i no that half my school had had sex and is on drugs but its really not fair when adults or people say where all bad because that isnt true does anyone else agree(sorry for the spelling and grammer my keybored is dumb).

My father raised 4 kids as a single dad and his youngest daughter is out of control. He has heart problems and because of the stress she causes him, he keeps going in & out of the hospital. She has told him "I hate you, I want you to die" My dad has asked me for help, but I don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My cousin Olivia who is 10 loves to watch the hills and she also likes the show gossip girl. She is always saying that she wants to be Lauren or that she would love to be Blair. She wants to have their lives and is trying to live them. She was on the computer looking up everything about them and is buying every thing they have. She is even acting like them. Before I discovered Adolescent, I used to spend a fair bit of time in other sections. In those sections, they just asked and answered questions, but here we seem to have this little community.

Like the fact that we've made "celebrities", ie Nikki Sep, Wabby, Baking Master, etc. And everyone talks about them and has opinions about them.

It's cool but weird at the same time, I mean, no one even knows each other in real life, yet we've built a little society where we all think we know each other. And we're all hidden away under a section that everyone thinks is about pregnancy and parenting - because that's what it's called!

What do you think? Weird, inevitable, interesting, revealing...?

Well i dunno if you all read what i wrote before . But me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years . My family loves him , and he lives with me. He has a job and GED and i go to school and have a job . I am not trying to get pregnant but there's a possibilty i can be . My boyfriend kinda came in me . Stupid huh ? i know i know . I don't wanna have a kid and tell him or her they were an accident . I have been taking care of kids all my life . my mom gave me a real bad life cuz she was on drugs and i had to be the mommy watching babies , giving em baths, feeding them . All my brothers were raised by me except the oldest. But i have experienced bein a mommy . I still do . I live with my lil cousins . I know i can do the part with teaching them how to walk run jump talk etc. I have before , i just don't know what I am gonna do , or how i should do it . Anny more suggestions besides wait ? cuz if i'm pregnant then i am pregnant an keeping it . I am against abortion and adoption .

Ok so she is 17 and a senior in high school. All she eats is junk food and soda.

Literally this girl drinks at least almost a 6 pack a day!!

I try telling her its bad for your gut and your teeth, but she says she "likes it"

Also, I tell my parents that it is bad for her and that they should not buy it anymore, but that falls on deaf ears. They think if she wants it so bad then she will find a way to get it lol. so they may as well buy it.

Seriously, it prolly has been a year or two since she drank a nice tall glass of water. I dont know how she survives lol.

Heres my situation. My school, is a small private school, with pre-12.with a tolt of 19 high school students, with 2 senors. One of the senors, is this girl who i hang with. I like her, alot.
