He's just nervous and needs to learn to relax, which will be more likely to happen if you ignore the behavior and don't draw attention to it. Focus on something else when you are with him, such as planning what you are going to do that night or day. It may also help him relax if he has something to hold in his hands, like a soda. That will keep him from doing things like playing with his hair, or related behavior.
People often tremble from nerves or stress-that's a normal reaction. I have never heard of anyone your bf's age being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, though I suppose it's possible. As for the rest of these nonsensical answers, you need to ignore them. Your boyfriend is much too young to have Alzheimer's, and in any case, it doesn't produce the kind of shaking you describe in your question. Alzheimer's is a disease involving memory loss, not tremors or shaking.
Hope this helps.

He was surrounded by his peers at the pet store, but now he's all alone, and doesn't know what to expect. Wrap him with a towel or something else fluffy. Get a wind-up alarm clock and sit it next to his bed. (Don't set the alarm). The ticking is soothing to them; reminiscent of their mother's heart beating. Just give him all the love he can stand, and then some. He'll come around soon. Good luck!

Ask him! If you can't talk to each other now there's no point in being together. I wouldn't think he's nervous, more likely over-excited to be that close with you. Or are you his first serious girlfriend? Go a bit slower if you are.

Just do something that he enjoys doing and see if he lightens up. Just ask him why he shakes and to just relax. If it is because you guys are getting serious in the relationship maybe it's that reason.

he's probably just nervous. Just tell him to relax, and if he doesn't stop shaking, ask him why.

Maybe he's been huffing? Nerves... nerves.
Just tell him that he doesn't have to be nervous.
