1. put the water into your mouth before the tablet, drop in the tablet, swallow
2. try doing the same with a thicker, flovoursome liquid for example smoothie
3. try to get coated tablets or capsules as these are easier to swallow
4. dont think about it too much then you definatly wont be able to swallow it
5. try breaking into smaller pieces
6. try crushing it into a drink
7. try crushing it onto food
8. get used to it, youll have to take more tablets in the future
9. throw your head back when you have the drink and tablet in your mouth
10. jerk your head when taking the tablets with a drink
=)

I'm the parent of two boys. At first, taking pills made them gag. Breaking the pills in half is good. Why don't you try burying them in applesauce if the pharmacist says the effect of the medication won't be destroyed by doing that? (I wouldn't try yogurt, because the dairy could reduce the effectiveness of the medicine.)
Also, I let the pill drop under my tongue, then when I swallow my water, that makes the pill float and go down my throat.

Well there are three steps to be followed
1. Put the pill in your mouth
2. Fill mouth 80% with water or ut favorit drink
3. Swallow normally
or u can just put in a ice cream
Worked for me and i hope it can help!

If you can, get a large glass of water. Put the pill on the very, very back of your tongue and take a sip of water. If the pill is far enough back, you'll have no problem. (you can look in the mirror in order to put the pill far back on your tongue)

it all depends on the tablets. Are they coated, extended release,? Some tablets you have to swallow and if you cant, go to your doctor and take liquid.

If you are allowed to break it in half, then crush it! Put it in applesauce and swallow.

I used to always practice with tic-tacs. You basically just put in your mouth take a sip of water and just swallow like your just swallowing the water. You won't even noticed you swallowed it doesn't feel any different=]
