Yes this is normal. Usually it is called a 5 oclock shadow but since yours is every other day we can't call it that. Lucky for you.. you have to deal with that for the rest of your life. Not to worry... it is totally normal.

Of course its normal. I'm 16, and have seen freshmen with beards, and sophomores, and juniors, and seniors. Guys get facial hair. In fact, I think that you should consider yourself lucky. My brother is 19, and can't grow a full beard yet. You have just developed earlier. Its fine!

yes that is normal. soon you will have to shave every day if you do not want to grow a beard.

Yes it is. Some people have hair that grows faster than others. I could shave my legs twice a day.

There's a whole range of "normal" for your age. You've hit puberty faster than your peers, and you're likely darker haired and taller than they are, too. Don't worry, you're not turning into a beast - it's normal! Besides, you'll look older which I'm sure the girls your age like.
