I over heard a private conversation with my mom and sister. that my sister friend was going to sleep over that night they were going to watch a movie. my sister mention to my mom that her friend sometimes wet the bed. my sister and her friend are real tight..there good friends my mom said thats not a problem. I left the house went out to the movies with friends.came back with my friend doug .I was arguing with my sister over something we are all in living room. my mother ask me and doug to go to the store to pick up some soda and milk for the house. Then i said while Im out there do you want me pick up some diapers for the bedwetter. In a nut shell the girl ran upstairs crying. I GOT SLAPPED IN THE FACE. my mom told me why would I say that knowing that i had the same problem wetting the bed when I was 13 years old. she told me to grow up your 16 not 2. the next day I went to bestbuy and bought the complete friends dvd collection for my friends sister as an apology. she wont except it.

It's hot, and she forgets to open her passenger-side window almost every time we get in the car, even though I've opened mine. I don't understand why someone who complains about the heat would not consider opening her car window to alleviate some of the heat when she gets in the car.

i was a good kid never got in trouble never did anything bad..nothing really.. i played sports for the school im 15 almost 16 and im in 10th grade.. well NOW: i smoke..drink..party..get in trouble in school got arrested twice over the summer.. jsut got caught stealing ciggs from my mom dont play sports anymore. my parents think its my friends cause they arnt the ideal friends not really liek me i wear american eagle and abercrombie and stuff they all have pericings and tattoo's and wear punk stuff.. i like them tho i like hanging out with them they are cool i think but i also think about my life and realize it might be them that is causing me to change like this.. i know everythings my choice and i dont have to do anything i dont want to but i dont know why im doing this stuff now my best friend is mike and i was with him the 2 times i got arrested for being a lil drunk..is it their fault or mine and what should i do ditch the kids i love hanging out with or is there a way around that.

A boy in my oldest son's class got sick at school. Around 10am, the 14 y/o started feeling ill and told the teacher. She told him to put his head down on his desk. She finally allowed him to use the restroom, where he repeatedly threw up. He returned to class and told her, but she kept him in class. Finally, 3 HOURS LATER he left for the bathroom and called his mom on his cell. When his mom got to the school, they called the classroom and asked for him. The teacher said he had been out of the room for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES and that she didn't know where he was. The office aid searched 3 bathrooms and in the last one found him lying on the floor covered in his own vomit, too sick to get up or get help. The aid and his mom had to carry him out. No one seemed to know WHY his mom hadn't been contacted earlier or why no one had searched for him when he was gone so long. The school admitted that 17 kids in the class were out with flu-like symptoms. Isn't that neglect?

My family was friends with the family in question since we moved in to the neighbor hood and more since I became a stay at home mom. The husband ahas always seemed strange to us. The wife paranoid and sheltered, but a good person. Their girls are the same age as ours..so they became bff's. The mom told me she walked in on the husband touching one of the girls through her jeans in private areas. She freaked out,she said.According to her they went to counseling and he confessed he was thinking about having sex with her when the mom caught him. She says he molested his sisters with his father at the age of 12. I tried to help her make a plan and figure out how to get away from him. I told her it would be easy to get a restraining order with that kind of information. I would help her, make the calls myself, go with her. Take in her children, so she could confront him by herself. She did nothing. Its been 4 months since she told me. She says am to blame. What should I do?

Im 20 years old, i sneaked into a teen dance club with my high school friends on labor day weekend.

My thing is, I met a 14 year old girl who wanted to dance with me and I thought she looked cute. We danced and held hands while in the club. She wanted to kiss me and I gave her a kiss and made out. I said to her that i am 17 years old. And she believed me (possibly becuase I kinda look like a high school student). We exchanged phone numbers and she started calling my cell phone. She wants to hang out becuase her parents are not home yet.

What should I do??

I get a kick out of it when someone posts a question that contradicts a previous question they asked. For example, when they change their age, sex, life situation in general, etc. The person ALWAYS tries to cover for it by saying they let their "friend" post under their account too so it was this “friend” asking the previous questions.

Don't these silly teens understand that we adults are not buying the "friend" story? It takes all of 60 seconds to create your own Yahoo account. And you expect us to believe you allow your "friend" to have your password and therefore access to all of your other Yahoo accounts, including your e-mail? Give me a break. Admit when you're busted and move on. Or just stop posting questions that contradict themselves and proving to everyone how immature you are. I don’t understand why so many teens post in this section anyway because it’s supposed to be the “PARENTING of Adolescents” forum, not the “Adolescents” forum.

I've had the most horrible experience being in foster care. I've been from group home to hospital over and over again. When I turned 15 they started putting me in foster homes... most of which were dirty. There was roaches in one and I had to share one bedroom with four other girls.
I started running away and instead of the system realizing they're putting me in terrible places, they told me I was "troubled" and "uncontrolable".
I turned 18 in April, and now I'm pregnant. This wonderful foster care system that they still wont let me leave is sending me to ANOTHER bad place for "pregnant teenagers." I just dont know what to do. It's in a bad area, and I dont want to be there... but everyone thinks I just dont know whats best.
How do I get it across to my social worker and judge that I don't want to live in these crappy sh*tholes they're putting me in and I deserve to be treated with respect?
I dont care what anyone says... the foster care system in CA hides a lot of the bad things.

I am a male and i am currently 14 and i am 5'7. However, my leg length is as big as a teacher in my school who is 6'4, in addition, i have a friend who is also 14 and he is 5'10 but we have the same leg length...

Does it mean i will grow as tall as the 6'4 teacher?
Will my legs keep on growing (my doc took me x rays and said my growth plates were open)?
When will my upper body grow?
In addition, my forearm length is quite small too, does it mean i finished growing?

Yeah, this may not be the greatest section for the question, but I figured it would be a bit too ironic to put it in the health section and there isn't an underground drug culture section *yet*. And if you can't answer this question in a mature way, then don't. Don't even waste your time. Going on. I have been offered a line of coke for $10. Not a bad deal. This would be my first time with something of this extent (pot, salvia is been my past). I only plan on doing this once, and seeing how that plan failed with cigarettes, I will only buy a single line and my supply is gone, so I won't be a dumbsh*t and get addicted. So, what's it like my first time? Any precautions? Will I be normal 5 hours later when I come home so my parents won't know (even though I'm 18 they're strict as hell). Will one line get me high but then get off - I don't want to come home and get busted. Thanks for anyone that answered this maturly - I know its not the greatest idea, I've accepted that.

i think EVERYONE'S pretty. honestly, like if i go somewhere, i'd look at someone and be like, "oh, she's pretty." when everyone else would go like, "omg! that girl is so ugly!" and its the same with guys. i have the weirdest taste in guys. i dont like guys everyone else thinks is hot. i mean, i think they're hot, but i wouldnt like them. i go for completely average guys or guys u no one would ever think about liking. i'm even ashamed of telling someone i think a certain guy is cute cuz they're ALWAYS like, "HIM? ew!" do i have something wrong with my brain?

She just started middle school and is an A/B student in all the honors classes they have. tomorrows the first day of school :(
but iv gotten into a routine of sleeping from about 1am- 12pm the next day.
so when i try and go to sleep at 11 say.. i cant.
tomorrow im meeting my friends at 8am.
so i need to go to sleep early. and get up rrrrrrrrrreally early!

Last evening my 17 year old son had his girl "friend" over to hang out for a few hours. They always leave the door to the bonus room open as a rule, and when I came up to talk to them about something I walked in on her giving him a blow*job!! At first I didn't realize what was happening because they are "just friends" and I thought they were just goofing off. So I just blew it off and joked around about it a bit because my son still had his shorts on. THen he told me later when I asked if they really were doing that? Now, as I dwell on it I feel a little out of my league on this. She a nice girl if a bit ditzy, and I really didn't expect this from her. Where should I go with this? What should I say to my son?
