First Time Cocaine?

Yeah, this may not be the greatest section for the question, but I figured it would be a bit too ironic to put it in the health section and there isn't an underground drug culture section *yet*. And if you can't answer this question in a mature way, then don't. Don't even waste your time. Going on. I have been offered a line of coke for $10. Not a bad deal. This would be my first time with something of this extent (pot, salvia is been my past). I only plan on doing this once, and seeing how that plan failed with cigarettes, I will only buy a single line and my supply is gone, so I won't be a dumbsh*t and get addicted. So, what's it like my first time? Any precautions? Will I be normal 5 hours later when I come home so my parents won't know (even though I'm 18 they're strict as hell). Will one line get me high but then get off - I don't want to come home and get busted. Thanks for anyone that answered this maturly - I know its not the greatest idea, I've accepted that.

I live at home because I'm a senior in high school. And you can't die from one line unless you have heart problems. So, back to my real question - after 5 hours, will it be impossible to get caught (excluding the obvious drug test, which wouldn't happen if nothing made them suspect me).

you will feel great and think more clear(ly). all you have to know, and probably already do, is to not overdo it. or else, you'll get addicted to it (what great news) and i believe you know the rest.
25 milligrams of cocaine (i don't know how much is ''a line'', lol) are enough to get you high.
i'm a supporter, have fun, but NEVER overcome yourself with these things, if you don't want to destroy your life. drugs are dangerous, but yes, they can be handled if you are mature and responsible.

EDIT: oh, one line IS 25 miligrams! and all of you who gave me thumbs down, go ''home''!! it's my opinion ok?

My brother has been addicted to Cocaine for 12 yrs...he only wanted to see what it was like...same situation as you...no supplier. But with Coke, you can't just do it once...your body won't let you!!!! Your body craves for that first high and you're hooked...YOU WILL FIND A SUPPLIER. Even if you don't right away - the next time it comes around your body remembers and will want it...my brother has nothing. Coke makes you not care about the consequences of your actions. Another thing to think about is that Coke is not pure - they cut it with something...corn starch, baby powder are the best but you aren't getting high quality stuff for $10 bucks so they can also use cheaper cutters, like rat poison and other **** that can kill you the first time you take it and it barely has any coke in it to begin with...that's why the line you trying to buy is so cheap! Which only makes you want more of it. Your first hit will last about 20 mins., but it will take about 10 days for your body to go through with drawls and you'll feel normal again maybe even a little longer. You are gonna crave it like you've never craved anything in your life.

I have watched my brother all but kill himself on this drug...Please don't try it. I am gonna keep your decision in my thoughts and prayers.

Cocaine is one of the most addictive substances known to man. An you have the type of personality that tends to get addicted (cigarettes). You are a senior in high school. You want to blow all that? If you get addicted to coke, which you will, all your hard work will go down the drain along with your future. You'll spend the rest of your life tied to a ball and chain--coke. Don't be so stupid.

If you've accepted it's a dumb idea then I have to believe that you WANT to destroy your life or you think you DESERVE for your life to be messed up. You need a counselor.

You don't know if it's pure coke. Many times people lace drugs with other things like PCP to make them more addictive.

My brother is currently in drug rehab for cocaine abuse. He's lost everything in his life including his children. He's been in and out of prison, once spending 24 months for distribution of drugs. He gets frequent nosebleeds and has chronic sinus issues. When he got out of prison with his GED, he enrolled in college. After his first semester he could not resist the drug urge any longer and started using again. By the way, he got all A's and B's in that semester.

Would this have ever happened if he DID NOT buy cocaine in the first place when offered? I highly doubt it.

You have a life to live and a future. You are only 18, so am I. By the time your 18, you may seem old, but many people live 5 times as long as we've lived so far.

The thought is right, "I'll only do it the one time" , but there's one problem, your first time can still kill you. Common health effects include heart attacks, respiratory failure, strokes, and seizures.
Cocaine is a strong central nervous system stimulant. It causes a chemical messenger associated with pleasure and movement. But it also produces the Physical effects which include constricted blood vessels, dilated pupils, and increased temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure.
The high from snorting may last 15 to 30 minutes, while that from smoking may last 5 to 10 minutes.
Some users of cocaine report feelings of restlessness, irritability, and anxiety. This can result in a period of full-blown paranoid psychosis, in which the user loses touch with reality and experiences auditory hallucinations.

One of my best friends died after one use, please don't do it.

Crack is cheaper and easier to obtain by anyone wanting to get it and you see it out on the streets more than the pure form. It is easy for the lower class people to by that can't afford the pure form. People that have the money will purchase the pure form of cocaine. The pure form will more then likely have a stronger affect on you just because it is pure and uncut. But either way both forms are harmful to you in the long run and can cause the paranoia and hallucinations. Mixing it with other drugs or alcohol is just asking for a one way ticket to the pearly gates.

ok so your obviously not smart enough to think about this rationally or you wouldn't be thinking about it at all, and your definately not going to listen to what any of us have to say so just remember later down the road when you've become so addicted you cannot even function and you cant figure out where you went wrong that we all said "told you so". Sure, you're young and its tempting to do dumb stuff like coke but try to save yourself before its too late. it's really not worth it. You said yourself you only "plan" on doing it once but that is probably not going happen. If you got addicted to cigarettes then it's almost definate you'll get addicted to coke. Nobody can tell you what it will be like cuz its different for everybody. Like its been said, people have DIED from doing it only ONCE! But even though you'll probably live through it, your parents will find out!

You can die on your first hit of Cocaine. It causes problems and addiction almost immediatly. And if you are getting some for that cheap, then it is laced with tons of bad crap. So you have a choice, do something illegal and die. Or don't.

Regardless of how much you scored on your ACT you are still an idiot. Also, don't assume that you will not become addicted after only one line. I have seen it happen first hand with some friends of mine.
