Any time two people engage in sex they are at risk of causing a pregnancy -- so it is always two people's fault. If pregnancy is something that is "that" unwanted then the woman needs to keep her knees together and the man needs to keep it in his pants.

If it wasn't rape or severe coercion then that's the fault of the two. If a being pregnant replaced into to be prevented then one or the two ought to have taken precautions for this to no longer ensue. If the two did no longer understand one yet another purely before the day this got here approximately they could the two be silly to have faith that the different had taken precautions because of the fact human beings lie. the two must be held to blame for what happens to any extent further. Your occasion of the gunman is under no circumstances akin to the placement you talk right here.

It depends. If it was simply unprotected sex, then it's both their fault. But if the guy refused to wear or provide a condom, then that's more on his behalf. And if they wore a condom but it split, then it's no one's fault but they'll have to deal with the consequences. That's the risk they took.

It is the fault of both. Unless the girl was raped, then it is his fault. If you consent to have sex and someone ends up pregnant, you and they are both at fault.

It takes two to tango, doesn't it? And it takes one sperm cell and one ovum. When you have sex, you both have to be conscious that a baby might result. That's what sex is for. It's not a matter of "fault", it's a matter of responsibility. A shared responsibility. If neither of you is prepared to take responsibility for the consequences, don't play the game.

Both. the girl should be on birth control, the man should be brining a condom, the woman shouldn't be stupid enough to have sex without one

BOTH for being irresponsible. Ever heard of birth control? The unborn child shouldn't have to suffer because the parents weren't being safe.

Both! It takes 2 to tango honey!! You both had the choice to use birth control either the pill or a condom or both for that matter.

both...unless there are details that would place the blame on one or the other. for example: the girl told the guy she was on birth control-that'd be the girl's fault in my opinion!
