uhh nothing because they made me get a lisence in fact they almost begged me to get it so i can move out and if i were u i would start acting really imature and disrespectful or make them drive u to places ALOT of places so u have to let u get ur liscence`

I didn't have to convince my parents. I lived and behaved responsibly, had good grades (A/B average) and made some of my own money working part-time (I babysat several nights a week). So, when it was time, there wasn't even a question of whether or not I was getting my license.

so r u the same guy who cried at night because his parents wouldn't let him get his license? why are u in such a rush to get your license? do u even have a job to pay for a car/insurance/gas? if u do, go ahead and convince your parents. why do u really want a license? because your friends has one and you want to be like them. just be patient..teenagers these days can't wait to drive and get into accidents..i've seen it happen..

I didnt have to convince them
i just got my permit at 15 1/2
and got my license at 16

Nothing. I had to get my license because nobody else could take me where I needed to go.

i got an after school job only a few hours a day and started buying my own things and promised them i wouldnt speed or get in any trouble and drive the speed limit etc
