Hes 15yo and hes been acting diffrent. Lately hes been eating less, he crys alot for teenage boy, hes starting to wear black eye liner. I dont thinks hes gay but he has this friend tht comes over and i think something might b goin on between them(i dont care if hes gay i'll love him no matter what) but he talks about suicide alot and hes grades have been slipping and i do care about tht. Me and his mom searched his room the other day and found nothing bad/illegal. but i still have my doubts and worries about him. Is this normal or is something serious going on?

there's this guy I like and I know how to talk to him. it doesn't make me nervous or anything, but there is just ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to talk about! He's a football player, I'm a volleyball & softball player, make good grades, like to paint & draw, what do you all think I should say to him? He's really sweet, I think he might like me. I used to be a secondary school teacher and found that most pupils would continue talking (or attempt to) amongst themselves whilst I was explaining a topic. They would then complain that they didn't understand. I wonder why?? What I really want to know is why so many young people don't seem to have the good manners to know that when someone is teaching a class or holding any kind of meeting then they should have the courtesy to listen. It is not about being a kid and doing as you're told, it is simply about behaving decently. I wouldn't dream of talking over someone else if I were at a lecture or something similar. Why do they?

My stepson is 13 & one of the hardest people to shop for! Hes intrested in reading, science & art. We though about getting him a Visa gift card, but it seems so impersonal for your own child. The problem is his mother buys him everything name brand & the more expensive the better. We just cant afford to keep up with her. For example, 2 years ago, him & his now 10 year old brother were over for Christmas & we didnt have alot of money then either. After they were done tearing through their lowly gifts, we heard them say, oh boy, now we can go home & open some real gifts. It was very hurtful to both of us! So I guess I have 2 questions. What to buy & what to do if they react in this manner again?

my girlfriend n i havent had sex for about 3 months,she had her periods for the past two months though last month it was 3 days early.now she is 5 days late,she gained abit of weight and is kinda in an upset mood more often.she has no other pregnancy symptoms and assures me she's not pregnant but can she?she has a light spotting yesterday but stopped today(let me remind u we havent had sex for 3 months so it cant be implantation bleeding)so could she still be pregnant?what are the chances and if she's not what might be the cause for the really late period this month

I am switching out of Spanish class to a reading class, and I am so flippin happy! Is there anything wrong with that?

Why I am happy: My ex-spanish teach always had to get me in trouble, I must of been Mike Jones or something cause my name was always in her mouth! I got sent to the princapal's office dfor nothing, and she is always alking about me. SO I AM THE HAPPIEST WOMAN ALIVE RIGHT NOW.

My 12-year old drops to the floor when she is upset. Sometimes she throws a fit.

She has been tested when she was young and there is no disorder. She can be high-strong, but passionate about life, witty, charming, spontaneous, caring, adventurous and creative.

I say to her, "I see that you are upset, but please stand up and let's discuss this".

Any other suggestions how to curb her intense emotions?

Hi,My 12 year old daughter came home and said that a boy asked her out and asked me if she could go.I said yes and was really excited for her.I drove her to the cinema and met his parents.turns out they live down the road.A few weeks later I went to pick her up from his place one afternoon because he was having a end of year party and i walked around the big water tank and saw my daughter and him kissing and his hand was up her shirt and his pants where down.I was shocked and I had the "talk" with her and she said she was in the "moment" so I grounded her.Her grades are dropping and she is becoming more rebbelious.What should I do?

I am unable to say anything to them or ask them to do anything without them yelling back at me. I did start just doing what needed to be done so they wouldn't yell at me, but I know that's not the answer. I try to advise them on their behavior and their responses are even worse. They seem to have changed overnight from my two sweet kids to people I don't know! Please is there any help out there?
