Avent Niplette correcter
available from boots.com or ebay.co.uk for £29.95
The Avent Niplett quickly corrects inverted nipples and can be an effecive solution for both cosmetic purposes and normal breastfeeding. To obtain the best and swiftest results the Niplette should ideally be worn as much as possible during the day and night and at the maximum suction comfortable for you. One Niplette is required for each inverted nipple. It is possible to wear the device overnight provided you do not sleep on your front and it may be convenient to wear a loose fitting bra.
a friend used these and it worked great!!
good luck hun

I do too. Your writing this under the "adolescent" board, so I am presuming you are not pregnant. The only way I have found to get my nipples more "out" is breastfeeding my daughter. Anything other than that, no I don't know a way to get them normal... but, its not a problem to have inverted nipples. Plenty of women have inverted nipples.

Assume you have always had them- if not get a doctor to check they are ok. You used to be able to buy nipple shields which you wear inside your bra which gradually correct them, no doubt you still can. It's the kind of thing that used to be advertised in pregnancy and parenting magazines as women need to sort this out in order to breastfeed.

It's nothing to worry about, especially since you're still developing. I had the same problem until recently.
It is nothing to waste time going to the doctor's for, or waste money having plastic surgery for. Your nipples will grow and develop when they're ready.
If they're still like this when you are a nursing mother (breastfeeding) your midwife or ealth visitor will help you, but at the moment, it is absolutely nothing to worry about! :)

Its just the way your body is. Like some people have an outie belly button and some have innies.
Theres nothing wrong with you. You shouldnt be concerned about how they look. A good man is not complicated, and one who's complicated is not worth your time. A good man likes warm soft things. And that has nothing to do with your nipples, you're still warm and soft and thats all he needs.
You can get them surgically fixed... thats about the only option.

Buy some nipple shields that women use for breast feeding.
No-one will know and after a while it should help correct it

It doesnt mean you arent normal.
Everyone woman is different and many women have inverted nipples.
Be happy with what god gave you.
If your question is in reference to breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or midwife or lactation specialist.
