Can anyone recommend a website with tips on breathing techniques throughout the stages of labor? I'd like to print it out and have it handy when the time comes. (I've seen a few sites, but I don't know which one is best. Thanks!)

I'm looking for a place to make a birthday party for my little girl. Have anyone know some fun places to go. I wish to have those party at my apartment but even there wont be many kids still my place is too small.

My son's birthday is on March 2nd. I know that is also Dr. Seuss's birthday so I was thinking about doing that theme. However, he's only going to be one and I don't think he's going to remember it. There will be children there from ages 2 months to 10. Any idea for what they can do? It is cold here and we have tons of snow so there aren't many activities for them to do. i actually report the school, now almost everday they always see my son as a problem child...are they doing that cuz for what i did???

i think the principal wants to back up his school staff....cuz he'll be in trouble too...

even when my son dont want to take his break is a BIG DEAL FOR THE TEACHER ALREADY.....i ask my son why he doesnt want to take a break he said that the teacher who almost choke him was looking at him all the time...

now should i transfer my son to a different school??

Sounds like a silly question, but I was on an exercise ball a little while ago and fell off backwards hard onto my butt, it really sort of knocked the wind out of me! I had a painless but very tight contraction right after I fell...read online that this could cause your water to break..is this true?? Ahh!

Seriously..can it? I nursed my baby all night from one side because I had a back muscle problem..now the right side is swelling to a painful size! I am nowhere near a pump and still have four more hours til relief..hellllppppp..

hi
i have problem with my sister. she's 15 and i am 16. she got very nice body.
The problem is that she wears at home pajamas but without bra and sometimes without panty , and she says "that is more comfortable"...some times she walk from the toilet to her room naked when she has a bath coz she doesnt like changing her clothes in bathroom.

She falls asleep normally and about an hour after she is asleep she starts talking and sobbing in her sleep. When I wake her to ask what is wrong she says she doesn't know and she can't remember what she was dreaming about. If I ask her in the morning what she was dreaming about she is very adamant and gets a little upset that she doesn't know and can't remember. I talked to our family Dr. and he said to write down what she is talking about in her sleep to get a better idea of what is bothering her and go from there. It just really upsets me when she is crying like that. Any one have any advice? Thanks

ive had two scans and have been told my fluid around my baby is on the low side. My fluid is borderline, Ive a repeat scan on thursday to check my babys kidneys etc. But im terrified,ive to have it done in the fetal medicine unit at my local hostpital. Has anyone experienced this.
