One or two weeks into pregnancy according to your LMP or conception date?

One or two weeks pregnant according to LMP and you're not even pregnant yet... that would mean PMS. And yes you'd have low back pain from that.

2-4weeks pregnant according to LMP and you are 1-2 weeks into your pregnancy, you can get a dull ach in your back form the excess hormones. Heating pads help, but I don't reccomend them personally. Raising your body temperature too much in your first trimester can cause miscarriage.

Massaging the back muscles will reduce the pain.Apply an icepack to the affected area. This will make the area numb and reduce the pain. More details and remedies at http://aches.in/backpainremedies.html
