Can anyone recommend a website with tips on breathing techniques throughout the stages of labor? I'd like to print it out and have it handy when the time comes. (I've seen a few sites, but I don't know which one is best. Thanks!)

PS - I've already taken a class, but my husband and I don't remember the specifics and we want to be prepared when the day comes.

You only need to know one rule:

Tight mouth = tight vagina

which is bad

Moan low and loose and you will do great. Worked for me anyway.

You will have difficulty finding that. It isn't necessary, you can have a natural birth (no drugs) without learning any specific techniques but you would be best served to talk with your provider about a class (most insurance companies pay for one).

best just to take a class because they would be hard to learn over the internet. however, if you are planning on having pain medication, there really is no need for breathing techniques.

This is something best learned in person at a prenatal course.
