i toook a pregnancy test last week and when i took it, it came back with such a faint line im not sure if my eyes were decieving me or not. do you think its a positive or could it just be my eyes and hopes over whelming me. has anyone ever has a result that was like this. were you pregnant? He is 7 years old and i always just thought that he didnt like school, although he has always told me he does...i spoke to his teacher on friday who says that he finishes his work with no probs and is always bored coz he finds it all too easy....i dont know what to do coz i was never like this at school, i really struggled....i dont know if i have encouraged him too much coz i always read with him, and hekp with his homework.....what should i do now...give him more work, or expect the teacher to do something?

I am having to set him maths when he comes home from school coz he wants to do something!!

I am aware this is not a bad thing...my question is...what do i do, carry on encouraging him...or leave it to the teacher now?

when my now ex-girlfriend was in hospital giving birth yo our twins, her mother told the nurses to call her when it was time for the birth. only 1 birthing partner was allowed and i was not called, i was delberatley excluded from the birth and although this was 10years ago, there is not a day go by where my hatred for her and sheer upset still burns deep, ive never forgotten it. Why did she steal my 'father' moment? would other women have let their mothers push out the father of their kids or is it really my ex i should blame for letting it happen? i knew nothing and went home after being told nothing would happen that night, then later she was induced and her mother was called. should i carry a vendetta on my shoulder to pay back when the moment is right and tell everyone what she did, or is it really nothing? i still feel livid, upset and hurt about it. any ideas?

Where can I go to purchase jeans for my 5 yr old daughter? She is a size 6. Every place that I have bought them in the past never seem to fit her right. Every time she bends over or sits, her butt is exposed. I have purchased Levi's, old navy, steve & barry's. HELP!!

My wife is pregnant with our first child, a boy (thank God) and we're a little stuck on what to name him. He's due in April... So the problem is our last name is Clark so we want to give him something that goes well with that, but not something like John or James which would cause him trouble in the future... I've had to go these 28 years with the name Matt Clark, and believe me it's hard for people to find you out of the phone book with such a common name. My wife likes Jason and Elliot but I'm not so sure. Thanks for your help!

I have two children and my youngest suddenly seems interested in the potty. She is only 22 months old. She barely talks but says "baby pee" and wants to sit on the potty etc. I think it is much to early for her to begin this. Am I right? My oldest daughter was completely trained at 2 1/2. Am I wasting my time even trying this? Do you suggest beginning the pullups? I've forgotten this part of life!

2 of my sisters in law do this quite often with their kids. One has 3 children and the other has 5. The kids are at public school for 1 to 2 months then something "happens" at the school and Mom decides to pull them out and home school them. Until things get crazy at home, then she send them back to public school. Has anyone ever dealt with this issue that could shed some light on why they may be doing this with their kids? One of the sisters-in-law even moves her kids back and forth between different public schools in the city, usually when her kids have a disagrement with a teacher or another student. Its just weird.

I was just wondering why many people don't call anymore to let you know. My youngest son's party is next weekend and so far we have had one person call and say they are coming. I sent the invitations out 3 weeks early, so there should have been plenty of time to decide, right? I am 18, and I am also 9 months pregnant.I have a very complicated story to tell, so please read, and read carefully, as in a previous post, it seemed as though I did not write correctly.

I use to live in Montana, with my mother. When I was 15, I started dating a guy, and when things started getting intiment, and after a pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage, I decided to sneak up to the Planned Parenthood and got on the birth contol shot, Depo Prevera.
I felt as though I should tell my mother, and I did, and suprisingly enough she was exstatic, that I knew I should practice safer sex, and although she wasnt pleased that I was having sex, she knew she really couldnt stop me.
Well, I ran away, and when I came back 3 months later, me and my mother decided I would go live with my step-father in South Carolina. It was a possitive move, as I no longer had..

I'm 15 and I just started having sex with my boyfriend. We always used condoms. I had missed my period in January and I was worried that I would be pregnant. I knew I had irregular periods since I started my period a couple years ago but I was worried. I had a light bleed and it was reddish-brown for 2 days. I also have sore breasts and that's a symptom of pregnancy. I usually get sore breasts before I get my period but I've been having it for around 2 weeks already. I took a home pregnancy test a week after a week of my missed period and tested negative. I took another one today in the morning and tested negative also but I'm still worried. Am I just paranoid or am I really pregnant? I don't really want to take a pregnancy test in a clinic because I don't really know any around here.
