You should tell her NOW! If you are going to keep the baby then you will need to get finances in order and a place to live, etc. You can't do this on your own so she will need to help. She'll be upset at first, but eventually she will realize that this is what's happening and she will probably do what she can to help. So, in order to be prepared for the baby you need to tell your mom, whether she is or isn't going to help is a big factor in what you will need to do after the baby is born. So, it is in your and the baby's best interest to tell her ASAP!
if your question is about how to tell your mom why did you include that your boyfriend is a former drug addict? that's just asking for people to be rude to you.

Picture the scenario in 14 years time. Your baby is 14. She's pregnant. How would you feel? What would you want her to do? You'd much rather know I'm guessing. You might hit the roof but you'd soon calm down and want to help that child you've nurtured, no?
You need as much support as you can get right now. Tell her NOW! Have you got an aunt or someone else you could bring onside to help you tell her?

You should tell her as soon as possible because prenatal care is important especially for teens.
Not to scare you, but a local teen didn't tell her parents she was pregnant. She delivered a few months early and panicked. She killed her baby so her parents wouldn't find out she had given birth. Now, she is in jail for murder.
So it's best to be honest from the start. Even if Mom is mad initially, you are still her daughter. I am sure she would not want you to go through this alone.

I think you should go to a third person you trust and break the news to our mom with that person. 14 is too young and you may find out soon that this was not a good idea. Under the laws of the United States your boyfriend can be charged with statutory rape with or without your mom's approval. He shouldn't be excited but scared to death.

No you should tell her because noboby is going to be there to support you through this situation except your momma. Give her the respect in knowing and getting prepared also because guess what she is going to be the one helping you the most as far as taking care of your baby is concerned. She is your mother let her know. Eventhough it might be a scary thought it is something you have to deal with. If you was adult enough to lay down and make a baby, then you need to be mature enough to get all the help you could possibly get.

I would have to advise you to tell your mother right away, get the crying and yelling out of the way. Too much stress on you and baby with worrying about coming home and your mother is freaking out because she found out thru the grapevine. You will also need prenatal care and you will need to see a doctor. Mom will be mad, but that will pass and things will work out for the best. Worse things could happen.

Oh my , you are not having a baby with the best man ever... i would tell your mom right away you need to get the care from a dr., especially if your baby's father is a drug addict, the baby could have problems from this.. for the safety of your baby i would tell your mother and get the best care you can.

I thought you said in your last question (posted 8 months ago) that your mom found out you were pregnant and now hates your boyfriend.
If that question was a lie, then you should tell your mom right now.
If that question was not a lie and you're 14 and pregnant AGAIN, well then I think you need to seek some counselling. You also need to tell your mom - she should be used to it by now.

It is better to tell an adult, if not your mom, about this pregnancy so you can be advised and taken to a physician for consultation and prescription of vitamins, advice on proper nutrition, and a check-up. This would be the best way to ensure a healthy you, a healthy baby, as well as a healthy pregnancy.
