i toook a pregnancy test last week and when i took it, it came back with such a faint line im not sure if my eyes were decieving me or not. do you think its a positive or could it just be my eyes and hopes over whelming me. has anyone ever has a result that was like this. were you pregnant? ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS since i stopped breastfeeding my 7 month old son too and still no sign of period. i am suppose to start birth control but not sure if i should start it. my doctor said since i havent recieved a period, if i was to start birth control if im not it should kick the period into motion.. im scared cause i fi am i dont want to chance hurting my baby

When i was pregnant with my son the first test i took had a very very faint line in the results window, so much so, that my Husband and i thought we must have been seeing things, we actually took the test apart and held it up to the bathroom light. But no matter how faint the line is, if there is a line there then it is positive as long as the line appeared within whatever the time frame limit was on the test. i would suggest getting another test, they have them for $1 at Dollar General and they are just as good as the $15 ones from drug stores. Did you take the test with your first mornings urine? Try multiple tests. I did have a test like that, but it was because I took it in the middle of the day and I had drank a lot of water that day, so my urine was diluted. If you are really worried, have your doctor do a blood test to see if you are pregnant or not. I would just buy multiple tests and try one every day for a few days. If you are still unsure, visit the doctor for a blood test.

well when i suspecteded my self of being pregant i took a test first one was by equte which came out negative with one faded line, then I tried EPT the same day it came out positive!!!
after I had my child, i didn't receive my period for 3 months while breastfeeding, i was a little nervous but I took birth control a few weeks later I had my period.

You can take another test to be sure and then make an appointment to see the doctor for a pg confirmation. But I had that happen to me twice and both times - yes, it was positive.

When I was pregnant I took 4, yes, 4 pregnancy test and they all had the faint line. I then went to my OB/GYN and took a test there. I was pregnant.

well when i took my test for my daughter no sooner than i peed on it did the line pop up so id say take another one or go to the doctor...

take another pregnancy test i think it probably was postive but try another one and see what it says
