I'm 15 and I just started having sex with my boyfriend. We always used condoms. I had missed my period in January and I was worried that I would be pregnant. I knew I had irregular periods since I started my period a couple years ago but I was worried. I had a light bleed and it was reddish-brown for 2 days. I also have sore breasts and that's a symptom of pregnancy. I usually get sore breasts before I get my period but I've been having it for around 2 weeks already. I took a home pregnancy test a week after a week of my missed period and tested negative. I took another one today in the morning and tested negative also but I'm still worried. Am I just paranoid or am I really pregnant? I don't really want to take a pregnancy test in a clinic because I don't really know any around here.

There are several things you can do.. You can either talk to your obgyn (if u have 1), they can give you a blood test and see if you are pregnant, you can also talk to your mother, i'm sure she won't be the happiest person, but she can help advise you what to do. i had my 1st child at 16 so i know what you are going through.. Have you tried taking a digital test? Those seem to work really well. Some women never show on a pee test that they are pregnant, with my 3rd child i peed on many sticks and it never showed.. That doesn't mean you are pregnant though, i would call a dr. and see if they can get you in for a blood test but since you are only 15, you may have to have your parent there with you (not sure though cause when i was 16 the state considered me an adult cause i was pregnant). You could also wait another week and pee on a test again and see what it says , remember to use the 1st morning pee it has the most hormones. Good luck and i hope you get the answer you want.

Most likely if the home pregnancy test says negative and you took 2 of them, then you are not pregnant. Be more careful you are very young and you should be enjoying other things in life besides sex with someone. Sex is good, it's great but so many emotional attachments comes with it. You don't want to get any sexual diseases so it's best to stay clear until you are older and trust the one you are with and are going to marry. But even then you have to use protection too! You should go to a private pregnancy center where they will give you free testing. You should also test for HIV and other diseases. I'm young too and I know. I'm 25 and I was having sex at the age of 12! That's why I can say to you, wait, don't grow up so fast. Sex is a big thing, but there are so much other bigger things you can find yourself into at this age. Find another hobby!

hopefully you will not be pregnant..it is to hard for a young girl like you to raise a child...but try to learn from this because condoms are not 100 percent sure that you will not get pregnant...the only thing i know is to go to a physician and then you will know for sure...but hopefully since the two test you have took turned up negative then luck is on your side...and i think you would feel bad if you were pregnant..i know i always did...i wish the best for you and i guess all you can do for now is to wait and see or maybe go to a doctor somewhere...hopefully all will turn out well this time and you can be more careful...i got pregnant at the age of 17 and my dad was a preacher and i had to leave home...but back then it was different than it is now...but you still can have a good life if you be careful...really babies is a real job..i know i could not of did it at all if it had not been for my mother...i guess it was just the way things turned out that my mom could not be a preachers wife anymore because i lost a sister with leukemia and it took its toll on my mom..i know you are going to worry and have this on your mind until you know for sure...just try and not worry and we pray things work out for you............

Hi. Best to take another test because it may have been too early for the first one to be definite. If you're pregnant, the test will definitely show up positive, they are 99.9% accurate.
If you're worried or stressed, you can easily miss a period, especially at your age.

You're...15... go talk to a parent. They can help you, since you obviously had to come from somewhere. And if you don't want them knowing, too bad, they'll find out in the end if you are pregnant, so it's not worth the wait to find out.

I would talk to your family physician and they can either do it for you or tell you where you can have it done.
