Does anyone know where I can find baby looney tunes decorations for a baby shower? I have found balloons, but as far as decorations, I am out of luck. I found a few websites, but they are either out of stock, or no longer selling them. I tried ebay too, but couldn't find much. Please HELP!!!!!

I am trying to teach my 3 year old about staying away from strangers.. But she doesn't seem to understand what i mean by a stranger.. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make her understand the word Stranger??

The babysitter is 14. She is red-cross/ CPR certified. How much should I pay her to watch 2 kids (3 and 5) per hour. Probably from 6:30 PM - 1:30 AM. Do they get paid more for being up late?

i had 2 dreams in one night. THe first dream was that i had a baby boy he was around 8 months old i didn't see myself pregnant in my dream, just all the sudden i had an 8month old baby boy.(i do not have any childern in reality) i have a best friend that has an 8month old baby boy in "real life". i knew he was mine and not hers because in my dream i refered him as my son.

another dream i had was i was with some friends and she wanted me to driver her car which i did. her car would not stop so we were driving around the parking lot going 21mph. trying to figure out how to stop the car, the emergency break didn't help, come to find out i had it in a weird gear and once i changed gears the car stopped.
then i went back to my other dream about the child and i stopped at a friends house and as i was leaving my car wouldn't start, then all the sudden i'm pulling up the drive way and come to find out i was locked out of the house.
any feed back would be most appreciated.

Why is it when I take my son out into public and he is acting up others treat me like crap, like I'm a bad mom?
I'm not, and I will NEVER be a bad mom.
My son has ADHD and SPD so he is always grabbing at stuff and miss behaving.

but other parents who have always had great well behaved children don't understand. Should I start explaining to everyone to try to change there way of thinking?

Because other parents with children that have ADHD or SPD understand that there children can not control there out bursts and the parents have a hard time calming them down.

but do you think it would be such a bad thing to put the other parents in there place and educate them a little on this HIDDEN DISABILITY when they say something mean or give me a bad look?

I had a baby 2months ago and now whenever I have sexual intercourse, it hurts really bad. It can't even go in all the way. And I can barely even put in a tampon anymore. Before this we hadn't had sex since I was like 6 or 7 months pregnant. Is this normal or is there something wrong???

I have been told by a number of people that i have the mind of a 14 year old. Is that bad? i tend to watch childrens cartoons, and little kiddies programmes, instead of going out with my friends and going out to parties. As an 17 (going on 18), is it bad to have only ever been to one party in my 17 years of living, to have never been out with my friends, to always go the the libary when i go out, or is it to good to be a hermit, and stay at home most of the time and do my coursework?

I posted a sort of answer question earlier, and i only did it to help out with some of the confusion. I WAS BEING NICE!!!! and most of the answers i got were rude and mean and arrogant. I have spent a lot of time researching what i posted and am a semi professional mathematician and i just got ripped down for it. Why is it that even when you are being nice that people on here still have to treat you like dirt?

I have been feeling for the last couple of weeks as if i were pregnant, sleeping a lot more than usual, nausea, dizzy spells. My last period was short and light and is usually long and heavy. I didn't think I could be because I hadn't remembered having sex in the last 3-4 months. The only time I could remember in that time period was last night. This all started before that.
This morning I got a sharp pain in my lower abdomen and it then went away. Soon after I got a headache and took a Tylenol. A couple of hours later, the abdominal pain came back really bad. I then took motrin and it's still there but not as bad. My stomach began to swell a little and now my whole body is slightly swollen.
I thought hard about it and I do remember now a drunken night with my ex a month and a half ago which resulted in me sleeping with him.
My sis has told me to go to the hospital, that it may be a tubal pregnancy, but I don't know what to do, I have to be at work in 30 min.
Any ideas??????

So I have been having pregnancy symptoms for the past two weeks. I took a home prego test about 2 weeks ago and it came back neg. I went to the doctor on the 15th and got a blood test, it came back neg. My period isn't due until thursday or friday. I ALWAYS get my period on a thursday or friday. I got my period today but its very light and very dischargy. I have been on the pill for about a year. Could I be prego? Could I be havin a miscarrige? Or what? I am really scared...

OK here's the situation:

My 5 month old daughter ran a temp of 102, sleepy, but no other symptoms...positive strep test.

4 Days later my 4 year old son started throwing up all night, no fever, positive strep test.

5 Days later I started throwing up, fever, they didn't even bother to test me, called in antibiotics for strep.

Now, my 5 month old and I both have severe sinus pressure, runny nose, sleepy...you get the point. She's done with her medication and I'm still on mine...is this still the strep or are we just sick with something else again? I'm so confused, I thought strep just made you have a sore throat!!

Do I need to take everyone back to the dr?

According to my last period, I'm six weeks pregnant. The past couple days I've had pinkish brown spotting. I did go to the doctor today, but I don't have the results back yet. The ultrasound lady actually said that I was only measuring at five weeks. Anybody else been through this?

Why is it that alot of adults think that lil kids cant be depressed?

I see parents who spank there kids or punish them if they cry. Thinking that they are only wanting something or being whiney... and not one thought of them being depressed or sad goes through there mind! When I was a young child I expierenced alot of anxiety ( im bipolar my mom didnt know at the time) and when I felt that I didnt know what to do and it was scary! But instead of trying to find out whats wrong with me, my mom would spank me and tell me, " If u dont stop right now I will give u something to cry about!" Little kids are humans too! What gives "adults" the right to be the only ones who could possibly become depressed!?! I remember my mom and others telling me that teen suicide is becuz the teen didnt get what they wanted! Thats true to some sense but u know it really ticks me off how arragont adults can be when it comes to how younger ppl emotions act! lil kids DO have more then 2 emotions ( happyness and whineyness). Im just curious WHY adults think that a child only crys

When they want something! I really want to know WHY adults think this... Im not saying kids dont cry when they want something.But I know kids can become depressed JUST as easily as adults!

I'm barely 5 weeks pregnant, and find myself having almost panicky mood swings. One minute I'm so excited about our baby, and I can't wait. And then a couple minutes later, I start having panic attacks because I'm scared of having the baby. (not scared of the baby, just- you know- am I ready to be a mother? Will I be a good mother? Babies change your life forever, will we be able to cope with that change? Will if affect our marriage?) Please don't think I'm a horrible person, I want this baby very badly, but sometimes I have these anxiety attacks about it. Has anyone else had this, and will it get easier as I adjust more to my pregnancy? (I just need to know I'm not totally losing it) Thank you so much!

I had had one baby and had a vaginal birth, so i know in this case baby and placenta come out and then you bleed for the next few weeks. my question is: if you have a c-section i am assuming the placenta is delivered out the incision with the baby and then something in your body triggers you to bleed down there immediately? is this correct or does it take a few hours-days for the bleeding to start ?
