OK here's the situation:

My 5 month old daughter ran a temp of 102, sleepy, but no other symptoms...positive strep test.

4 Days later my 4 year old son started throwing up all night, no fever, positive strep test.

5 Days later I started throwing up, fever, they didn't even bother to test me, called in antibiotics for strep.

Now, my 5 month old and I both have severe sinus pressure, runny nose, sleepy...you get the point. She's done with her medication and I'm still on mine...is this still the strep or are we just sick with something else again? I'm so confused, I thought strep just made you have a sore throat!!

Do I need to take everyone back to the dr?

Sounds like you guys are passing it around. Make sure that you are using Lysol to clean really good. Change clothes often, and change the bed sheets once a day. I had strep alot when I was little this is what we had to do. I'd say take her back to get check out. Strep can be dangerous especially in infants.

Strep tests look for strep A.

But strep B CAN cause an infection like you describe. (Most of us only know about strep B because they test us for it before labor, right?)

A good friend was hospitalized with what they thought was meningitis, but it turned out it was Strep B.

how do you know your daughter has sinus pressure?
Try saline drops in her nose to dry her up and see if that helps. Mix water and salt together, and put a couple drops in her nose. If she has green snot, she has a sinus infection and needs to see the doctor asap.
