Ok, you JUST had a baby, and you really can't judge how they will "bouncy youth" back yet!
Why?
Well, even if you are NOT breastfeeding, your boobies are or were all ready to support breast feeding.. And just like a bus that is much heavier full of students, your breasts get DENSER and HEAVIER when they are set up to make milk! All the little milk making parts have more weight and it adds up!
Now, if you ARE breastfeeding, until you are DONE breastfeeding, you cannot tell WHAT you will look like AFTER you are done! So don't worry bout it for now.
And if you AREN'T breastfeeding, it has been awhile since the baby (like months!), THEN you can decide what to do, etc.
And YES there are plenty of things you can do, like a boob lift etc. that will "re bouncify" your youth back in! The tighten up the connective tissue..will be a few thou at the plastic surgeon and it usually is NOTcovered by med insurance.. but much less intrusive than breast enlargement!
So, in summary.. be patient, feed the kid or not, and don't worry til after you are done making milk.
THEN you can decide.. but you do have options.

Surgery is about the only way, although you can help them a bit by building your chest muscles with weight training. The chest muscles lie behind the breasts, you can't actually build up the breasts since they are basically made of fat. Don't buy those creams, they do not work, and some women can have allergic reactions to them, and your breasts aren't really where you want to have an allergic reaction! Sorry I couldn't be more help, it's just one of those things we women have to go through when we have kids.

I noticed it does get better as time goes on, they will never be the same as they were pre-baby but i think age has a lot to do with it also. If you are under 30 I think your skin still has a lot of elasticity in it and will bounce back more easily, you notice this when someone young loses a lot of weight and their skin shrinks along with them and when someone "older"(not that 30 is old by any means) loses weight their skin may take longer to shrink down again. Exercise and a good bra are your best bet

There are some non-invasive laser procedures, but it depends on so many factors you really should see a doctor. Any plastic surgeon will tell you to wait 6 months after your milk dries up before you schedule your consultation. Most women lose volume in their breasts after having children, that's why many women opt for augmentation.
In the meantime, a good push up bra with a demi cup will work wonders, and they doubles as a nursing bra as well. (no pun intended!) I didn't buy nursing bras, I just used my regular demi cup bras. I like Wacoal and even some bali's are good for me. I actually went down one whole cup size....it's so sad!
You're also going to go up and down in bra sizes during the next few months so be sure you are professionally fitted before you buy new bras.

Are you breast feeding, if so, the breast will bounce back a little after you've stopped. Not the original one, mind you, but it will bo back.
Fortunately the breast is just flesh and not a muscle, the muscle sits behind the breast and you can do exercises to bulge up that muscle and your breast will be firmer.

Mine were quite saggy at first but they did gradually tighten up but took about a year. Recently started using a breast firming cream from avon, it doesn't work miracles but I have seen a improvement

You can try lifting weights and doing other exercises. That will help firm them up a bit. Don't expect the samy ole boobs you had before though.

there are skin firming creams on the market that actually work, however you will only find the good ones in salons and they cost a fortune. My sis uses one that cost , i think, $75 for 10 ounces

Flip flop, make sure to use BOTH breasts. that way one isn't more saggy or perky than the other.
