My son is 10years old and he has already changed schools twice. He finds it difficult to fit in and is continuously bullied by other kids for being over-sensitive. This has hurt his self esteem tremendously and made him increasingly introverted. It is a challenge for me to make him go to school. However, he is a good student and has excelled in swimming and karate as well. But even this has not made his self esteem grow. Please advice me on how i can improve this situation

My 3 1/2 year old daugter has a yeast infection. She is very uncomfortable, and I don't know what to do. It hurts when she pees and she is really red. It's definetly not diaper rash, because she is completely potty trained, so I don't think diaper rash cream will work.

I called the pharmacy to ask if it was ok to use otc yeast infection creams on kids her age. They said it was too strong for little kids, so don't use it. And they also said that they could not legally give out medical advice, so they couldn't give me any suggestions.

So then I called the docs answering service and told them what was wrong, and they said they would have the on call doctor call me. That was about 3 hours ago, and no call yet. It is Saturday night, so I can't get her in to see a doctor for a couple of days.

So, is there anyone out there who has a child that has had a yeast infection? What can I do to ease her discomfort untill I can get a doctors appointment?

Im about positive I ovulated on Dec. 28, my cervical fluid was like eggwhite and very slimy feeling, now it seems like there is more but it is still like eggwhite and slimy. Is that a sign of pregnancy? Or is it normal?

Maybe I am just worrying or maybe I have a reason too. My last cycle started Dec 18th and I just started cramping and spotting today. We had sex early morning the day after Christmas. My period is not due again until around the 15th or so... Could the spotting be implantation? My cycle is normally 27 or 28 days

I used to think that meant i was doing good as a parent when she made me gifts and pictures and said she loves me. Then i realized that even kids in abusive situations love their parents and feel loyalty to them and compliment them... Then suddenly I didn't take it as a 'you are doing good' as kids say this to any parent...

I am wondering what the first signs of pregnancy are before you miss a period. The first day of my last period was around Dec 14. . I happened to check on a site when my most fertile day was, which was Dec 31. My husband and I happened to have had sex on that day. I am wondering because my breast are becoming more and more tender. It started with my nipples, but is becoming more sensitive each day. And while I sometimes get sore breast during pms, it is not often at all. As well, I have felt queasy, but I am not sure if that is just a bug I am fighting? Anybody have any pregger symptoms before they missed a period. I am not trying to conceive, just wondering. Thanks.

im 11 and my mom and dad fight, i get really scared, im an only child. whenever they start yelling i run to the closet and cry. i just wish they would stop. i feel like i have to run away but i cant

My husband and I just moved from our home town but was having our daughter continue attending her preschool. After lots of problems with the school (Boys pushing and chasing the little girls, threatening to kill them and mooning them) problems with the teacher and board not doing anything; we decided to not have her attend second semester. It wasn't worth the half hour drive each way with a new baby anyway! Well, we hated to switch her preschools in the middle of the year and then start kindergarten in the fall, so we decided to keep her at home and I would work with her second semester. She can write her full name, almost all her letters, knows her phone number. She can recongnize her alphabet and almost all her numbers. She can count to twenty and to ten in spanish. I plan on attending our weekly library class and maybe an art or karate for socialization. But is that ok? It was so hectic commuting her on top of the problems.

I wanna take a test tomorrow, so should I just drink water tonight? I usually have a can of pop at night, so should I skip that? Would that make any difference in how diluted my pee would be? Ok i have a regular 29 day cycle and its on time every month. which can be really hard when you are ttc and hoping every month it doesnt show up. I have been ttc for 5 months now. i follow my mucus and have been doing my research and doing the Calendars and trying to figure it out. It has been really hard becuase when i follow the Calendars they all tell me different dates and that is really confusing how do u follow them? every one tells you different dates you might be ovulating.. and i know it takes time and patients but what am i doing wrong? we have sex every other day during my ovulation period and im still not pregnant we are both healthy.

I had my daughter 2 years ago and I was just fine. Six months ago I had my little boy and have felt weird since. I am very happy with them I take care of all their needs but I have noticed that I get frustrated and mad very eassy with my husband and if we argue I cry for the smallest things and I feel like my life is terrible and it is difficult to get back up again. Ihave a hard time going to sleep at night. I am also 25 pound overweight and that makes me feel horrible about myself.

i hope i can explain this. OK lets see. i wrote before because me and the hubby are trying for a baby and i thought that i might be but i wasn't. well i got my period on december 26 it lasted 4 almost 5 days(normally its 7) the last 2 weeks i have been having pains in my boobs well tonight i was taking a bath and i happened to look down and i had bumps around my nipples and when i inspected them they started leaking white stuff. i thought i was crazy cuz i want to have a baby so bad so i called the hubby in and he saw it too. what could this be. my ovulating days are not till monday. its the weekend so i can not call the doctor so i figured that maybe someone could help me on this site to hopefully ease my nerves.
