My daughter is very responsible and nuturing. She loves teaching people things and adores kids 'when she grows up she want to be a babysitter', lol. But what when they are 16 and 8, will that bond hold through...?

i just heard from another person on here that the O.C was getting cancelled. I was just wondering what some peoples thoughts were on this very bad thing! Also, how can i contact the Fox network to write them an angry letter. I just want to hear some peoples thoughts on the oc being over cause maybe it'll make me feel better.

I'm 4 months pregnant and today I have been experiencing mild abdominal aches on the right side, just below my belly button. It almost feels like a throbing. The cramps usually last about a second and some times I feel them every few minutes, some times it's every few hours. This usually happens while I'm sitting. Is this normal? I don't have any bleeding or any other symptoms.

I am just recovering from my third bout of mastitis and my daughter is only 7 weeks old. Each time it is getting worse and is very depressing, I ended up having to go to emergency this time. The doctor tells me that it is due to the fact that I am producing a lot of milk so expressing could just make it worse. Much as I want to continue breast feeding I am starting to think that I should wean her as a depressed and ill Mum is not much good! Has anyone got any tips on either preventing mastitis or dealing with the guilt for weaning so early.

comfortable when I sleep, if I lay on my sides. But when I do it makes my hip area on the side I am sleep on tingle. Can anyone please help. Sleeping is a chore now.

My 11mo old son recently has been diagnosed with a severe milk allergy, and I am at my wits end. I am scared with everything he comes in contact with and I don't know what to do. My question is can I feed him food from an Organic food store? Also, are there any recepies out there of cakes. His birthday is on the 22nd and I would love for him to have a cake to put his hands in.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and have been in and out of the hospital with contractions. i was in there this past monday when i was 33 weeks.. they said i was 1 cm dialated and 60%effaced. this is my 2nd child and i went into preterm with her at 28 weeks but it was stopped and i had her at 38 weeks. i have been loosing my plug slowly over the last 2 weeks and i think its all gone now, but today i have had a light discharge but it has been watery, it kinda felt like i urinated on myslelf. anyone know if this is normal? the baby has also dropped already, do they drop slowly or all at once? thanks for the help!!

My boyfriend and I have been trying for 3.5 years. I had a miscarriage in November at 8 weeks. My LMP was on Dec. 14 we had intercourse on Dec.28 and Im pretty sure I was ovulating because I had alot of pressure on my right side. I have been feeling nauseous at night and after I eat and also my breast are swollen and tender. My breast would normally be like this anyway so close to my menstrual cycle. The only pregnancy test I have is one of those digital ones and it didnt work last time I was pregnant. Also, the last time I was pregnant My doctor had me on suppositories. Should I start back using them?? Please advise because I cant go to the doctor until my insurance is approved. 1-2 weeks.

my boyfriend thinks its okay to drive around drunk
with his 3yr old daughter(not my kid) in the car.
he also smokes weed with his 13 yr old brother.
how can i convince him to stop doing this before our babies are born. He tells me he is in full control when he drives drunk but last month he hit three mailboxes and a cat with his daughter in the back seat.

i wanna keep it cos its d only thing i can call my own. but d fact is i cant tell a soul who d father is even the father! so wat if my babe starts askin den i tot of the stigmatization he'd go through, and if i kept it i wuld stop sch totally and i love sch! Either by sex or invitro...?

I believe that a happy home with one parent or even 2 'parrners' is superior to a home with two 'hetero sexual' parents

and thus I am thinking of having a second child. I raised my first one with no child support and she is happy and well taken care of emotionally, materially, and is very happy. She is now in grade 2 and I want another. I don't think this is selfish, as I have alot to give and believe I am meant to be a mother

My ten day old baby likes to be fussy from 11-1am. She had a biospy 4 days ago on her leg and I think that might be the reason. Or she could just be fussy. What can I do to stop the crying after I have given her tylenol, fed her, burped her, and changed her? I am going insane!

I have 2 children. My first son began sleeping through the night at 6months, no problem...my second is 7months old and still getting up many many times a night. I have tried everything-cereal in his bottle, feeding him baby food and a bottle right before bed, I gave up rocking him to sleep, and I have tried letting him cry it out. I just can't let him cry. I feel terrible. I know he isn't hungry, I make him a bottle and he refuses it. He rolls onto his belly and wakes up crying. I tried a infant postioner to keep him on his back...that doesn't work either. I don't talk to him or pick him up when I go in to check him when he is crying. I am doing everything I can and nothing is working. I am tired. I have been getting 3 or less hours of sleep for the past 9 months. I need help. I don't know what to do. His doctor and all my friends tell me to let him cry. It seems so cruel...I can't bring myself to do it for more than a few minutes. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you.

My daughter is 6 months old. I have breast fed her since she was newborn and Im very slowly integrating formula bottles into the routine. She has had a cold for about a week and a half and has been on Tylonol for about that long. My problem is that she cries if I leave the room, I can put her to sleep but as soon as I try to lay her down she screams..She wakes up about every thirty minutes at night ( she had been sleeping all night long before). I've done everything I can to make sure her cold isnt keeping her from sleeping ( meds, nose plunger, humidifier etc..) She is nursing constantly but that still doesnt satisfy her. Im at my wits end. I dont know what to do. My daughter has suddenly become soooo difficult...any suggestions or solutions?
