try surrounding yourself with pillows...i cant sleep on my side b.c of the tingles or even the numbness so i lay on my back...they have a maternity body pillow at walmart or target..they cost about 45-50 dollars..this should help..good luck and congrats.

Use a pillow under your legs and between your legs and if you can use one under your hip. Im 28 weeks pregnant and sleeping just gets worse from here on out. Good luck on finding a comfortable possition

I had the same thing with both of my pregnancies. Try putting pillow b/w your knees. My doc. told me that the extra weight puts more pressure on the hips than usual and in turn the nerves respond with a tingling sensation.

Try putting the edge of a pillow under your side and one between your knees. It helps me. I'm 22 weeks, too.

Try a body pillow. But I'm gonna warn you...I ended up sleeping in the recliner a LOT!! I had a waterbed with my first child and wished each time I was pregnant that I still had it!!

There are body pillows you can buy, as well as especially made smaller pillows for preggers out there. I used mine ALL the time. They even sell some at Babies R Us but the internet is your best bet.
