Pregnancy & Parenting - 6 January 2007

My parents keep pushing 11:30, while everyone else comes home at 12. I am responsibe and have done nothing illegal, I just dont see the difference in the extra half hour. They refuse to lenghen it and say its not me they dont trust its other people. I personally feel that comment pretty much means Im the one they dont trust. Also if there are any ideas on how to persuade them to lenghen it that would be great... thanks

I am 29 weeks pregnant, and I seem to be leaking. Its not like going to the toilet or anything, I have no control over it. I just had a shower and changed my undies and these ones are already wet. I am a little concerned. I have no pain or anything like that. Is this normal?

this is a follow up to "jacks off in womans cloths" (which is about the fact my friend admitted to me he puts on women's cloths and teases himself in order to jack off).
so later this night he called me and said "i know why I am so desprate!" he asked his mom a hypothetical question. "if you found some porn magazines in my room, would you take them away?" he said "she instantly said 'yes. I would take them away." doesn't that mean his mom is restricting his urges? I am 27 and when i was 12 we had a family computer and i had to use that all the way through to 17 when i brought my own p133.

Im just curious, as alot of my friends who have kids from 9 onwards, have mobile phones, laptops, all the above... its crazy to me...
over here in australia, you have to be 17 to get a drivers licence. and you are able to drink alcohol at 18. at 18 you have all the rights of a adult.

I know a computer is different but i need thoughts.

My daughter is just under 3 months old and she has an awful croop cough. She is misreable. She was at te doctors today and they put her on medication. She is not running a fever and I have the cool mist humidifier running and have been breastfeeding her more often but she is soooo sick and uncomfortable. What else can I do for my little angel?

How did you know what to name your kids? Did you name them before they were born? Or did the name pop into your head when they were born? Does it matter if your spose likes the name or not? My daughter is 7 and we are really close. I used to be worried about the teenage years until I worked with special needs teenagers that were functioning in society with really bad behaviors. Now I am not so worried. I feel calm and full of faith that it will be ok and we will still be a happy family.. anyone else just know that it will be ok, or do you worry?

King David Michael

David Michael is my husband's first and middle names. I would not call him by King, but David or something, King would be the "offical name on the birth certificate" but he wouldn't be called that. He could sign his name K. David or something.
