it could have too much lactose for him. i get an upset stomach if i have too much milk, maybe that's it?

he might be a little lactose intolerant, but im sure 2% would affect him also. im really not sure,but i have a 13 month old also. i do know the doctor says that the 2% is just fine for him though. my baby would not even drink the milk at first he didnt like it at all. so i had to put ovaltine or chocolate syrup in it. not alot though

I think you should ask your pediatrician. Up to two year olds and maybe longer, should have full fat. Young children need the right fat for brain development and for the nervous system too. It could be something about the cow milk or the homogenization of the fat. Ask your doctor.

Your son is probably lactose intolerant to a degree. If two percent agrees with him I would go with that.

Theres to much fat in the whole milk.His little tummy can't tolerate all that fat from the milk.Good luck.

I think it has to do with the fat content. Too much fat can make a person sick, especially a little one with such a sensitive tummy.

all the lactose jjust give him the 2 % and he'll be fine.
