i feel like this is a dumb question, but this is my second baby and it feels like movement! but it could also be gas....but i've never notice my stomach move when i have gas...

additional info: I should only be about 7 1/2 weeks and of course you can't feel movement at this time....but I am wondering if maybe I got pregant a month earlier...

well, after I had my son, I started having stomach spasms every once in a while... it feels like a baby kicking, and my husband can even feel it when he puts his hand on my stomach! It is really wierd.... but if you know you are prego, then you could be further along than you thought....

Right now I am 16wks along with my second baby. And i know i can feel movement. I thought i was worng but i was at an ob appointment and she was checking the heartbeat and the baby kicked not only did i feel it but you could here on the heart beat thing. There is no set time when you can start to feel the baby move. But they say that with a second pregnancy that most women can feel it earlier. Also it depends on your size before the baby. If you are more slender you will feel the baby earlier. With my fisrts baby i was around 5 months. This time it was much earlier.

You didn't say how far along you are. With a second child, you notice movement earlier, because you have experienced it before and you already know what it feels like.

ive never seen mine move with gas..lol...im 20 weeks pregnant and it feels like gas bubbles but i just see kicks or him moving side to side..drink a tall glass of oj and lay down for a couple of mins ..if you feel them again it is the baby...and how far along are you? jw? and good luck and congrats

You could be farther along. Maybe you should check with a doctor and find out. They would be able to tell you far much more.

i noticed movement much earlier with this preg than i did with my others i started to feel her at 9 weeks (#4th child) and the doctor confermed this is what i was feeling. so either your really reseptive to your body or your father along than you think.
(by 17 weeks i was watching her roll back and forth in my belly, i love watching my belly contort)
