My boyfriend and I have been trying for 3.5 years. I had a miscarriage in November at 8 weeks. My LMP was on Dec. 14 we had intercourse on Dec.28 and Im pretty sure I was ovulating because I had alot of pressure on my right side. I have been feeling nauseous at night and after I eat and also my breast are swollen and tender. My breast would normally be like this anyway so close to my menstrual cycle. The only pregnancy test I have is one of those digital ones and it didnt work last time I was pregnant. Also, the last time I was pregnant My doctor had me on suppositories. Should I start back using them?? Please advise because I cant go to the doctor until my insurance is approved. 1-2 weeks.

I also had a miscarriage at 10 weeks and my Dr told me to hold off from trying to get preg for atleast two months to make sure your body is back to normal and can handle another pregnancy. As for if you are. I could tell a week after I got preg that I was the Dr thought I was crazy but took a test anyway and it came back Positive. The baby was born Oct.29th of 2004

If you think you conceived on Dec 28, you will probably not know for sure for a little while. Probably around January 11 or later, if my calcs are correct. Then one of the over-the-counter preg tests should work (about the first day you should've gotten your period). I really don't think you would have noticed any body changes yet from Dec 28th (it's only been a little over a week!) And no, when I was pregnant, the first 2 months were on my own...I didn't see my doctor and she didn't want to see me until I was 8 weeks along. So there were no special instructions about suppositories or anything like that...I've never heard of anything like that. Just wait 1-2 weeks until your insurance is approved, then go see your doc.

My guess is yes. If you had intercourse 14 days after your LMP, then you probably are. The 13th day after your period starts is when you are most furtile. You release your egg at this time. I'd wait to see if you start your next period or not, which would be around the 11th like was said before and then take a pregnancy test if you don't start. A test will not show up positive till after you have missed your period. If you find out you are, take it easy until you can get to the doctor, but I would go ahead and make an appointment for right after your insurance is approved. God Bless and Good luck. Also, getting married is usually a good idea before you have a baby. For some reason, people want the commitment of having a baby with each other, but not of getting married. Doesn't make much sense to me. What makes a person good enough to have a baby with, but not good enough to marry?

A suppository should only be used as a last resort because continued use can cause dependence. If you're severely constipated, drink lots of fluids and take Metamucil which is a natural laxative.
Wait until your period is due and use a pregnancy test. Nausea and sore breasts are promising signs. Good luck.

If you aren't pregnant, then I would suggest you try a geranium essential oil bath twice a day for two weeks. Just mix 10-20 drops of pure unadulterated geranium oil in a 1/2 cup of coconut oil or epsom salts (mix it up in advance) and add to running warm water. This is really amazing and has worked for many "barren" women to open up their fallopian tubes and raise their vibrations. (don't put the geranium oil directly on your nether parts!)

All the best!
