I am wondering what the first signs of pregnancy are before you miss a period. The first day of my last period was around Dec 14. . I happened to check on a site when my most fertile day was, which was Dec 31. My husband and I happened to have had sex on that day. I am wondering because my breast are becoming more and more tender. It started with my nipples, but is becoming more sensitive each day. And while I sometimes get sore breast during pms, it is not often at all. As well, I have felt queasy, but I am not sure if that is just a bug I am fighting? Anybody have any pregger symptoms before they missed a period. I am not trying to conceive, just wondering. Thanks.

I just wanted to add that I meant that we are not actively trying to conceive, just letting things happen.... not that we are trying to NOT conceive.

I had a period during pregnancy. There are many symptoms but sometimes no symptoms at all. If ur not ready for a baby need to use a glove. Everybodys symptoms are different. Go to the store and get a pregnancy test. I used one from a save a lot store. A missed period can mean lots of things. Not necesarily pregnancy. Could just be late, or stress can cause a late period.
Usual symptoms of pregnancy in the beginning is nausea or sickness (not necessarily in the morning), tiredness (really sleepy), some women lose some pounds in the first month. Hope this helps some.

Hi. Your question stuck out at me because I'm going thru the same thing right now. My last period started on Dec 13 and the weekend after my boyfriend and I began having unprotected sex. Even though I'm on the pill, I have been feeling just weird the last week. I get hungry but when I start to eat I feel nauseous. Nothing looks/tastes/smells good. My breasts are very tender right now. My period is due to come next week. I'm going to wait and see if my period comes next week and go from there. I'm not sure when your next period is due to start, but maybe wait a couple more days and see? I know the not knowing is not easy.....:)

I tried to conceive for a while and thought I had every symptom in the book but was never pregnant. When I finally did get pregnant I wasn't expecting it and didn't have any signs of it until I was hung over the sink throwing up and that was about two days after my period didn't show up.

Sore breasts might be a symptom, but you don't usually get morning sickness until you are 4-6 weeks past your first missed period. Plus...when you start to worry that you might be, you tend to notice every little uneasy stomach/sore whatever you have.

The only way to be sure it wait for your normal period to begin, and take a test if it doesn't start like usual.

You might have a bug and you might be pregnant. Could be one or the other or both, my dear. I have found EPT tests to be very reliable. I had MAJOR symptoms before I missed my period; queasy, craved cherry tomatoes and oranges, wanted naps in the afternoon, got weepy, peed more often, etc.

If you think you might be pregnant take some prenatal vitamins, take care of yourself and relax. You have nine months to get pampered before a baby turns your world upside down. We love being parents and are always happy to hear when anyone is expecting....good for you all!!

Best of luck to you, take care.

You may or may not be..but if your not trying to conceive why didn`t you use protection in the first place?? Go buy a test and check to be sure...If not use protection next time...
