Last week, I posted a question telling my 13 yr old daughter's height and weight and asking if she is overweight. Well, I left my Y! Answers account open earlier today and when my daughter went on the computer... yup, you guessed it... she saw the question and now she is more than angry. I've tried time and time again to comfort her and assure her that she's not at all overweight, but she won't listen to anything I'm saying, she won't talk to me, and worst of all, she won't eat! I feel horrible for doing this to her self-esteem... whan can I do?!

Is anyone else a proud pet owner and pregnant? If so, how are your pets reacting?

My big dog listening to the baby (presses his ear in my belly). I think he can smell it too, or he's trying to smell my spine through my stomach.

Just wondering if anyone else is having funny pet reactions.

I know a story where a 7 year old boy in a public restroom in a park was allowed to go in by himself, his mother waited nearby...

After about 10-15 minutes, she went to check on him and he was raped, beaten and stabbed to death.

The killer escaped through a window in the back by that time.

Why do people think it's safe to let a little boy into a public restroom alone?

Do they not know what a men's room is like in many circumstances?

What is wrong with these people?

She is a toddler, cute, and funny. But she cannot talk yet i don't think its serious but my husband Michael has been telling me that she needs to start talking... i think she knows what were saying to her but even though she can't speak she just says those little baby talk... but i don't know what to do... please help.

Them? It seems like a perverted, sexually abusive, sadistic thing to do. It is horribly humiliating for the child.

My grandfather used to do that to my mother, order her to take her pants down and smack her on her bottom...

guess what? He was also sexually molesting her......

I think it's a really effed up thing to do and completely unnecessary to say the least,

hey, spank your kid wherever you think it will hurt most,

but when you start crossing a perv line, that's when to call it quits.

What do you think?

At my last appointment (I was 14 weeks) my baby's heartbeat was 155 per minute. I was told by some people that it means I am pregnant with a boy, and other people told me it will be a girl. Does anybody out there have an idea which it could be?

she is 11 months old and sleeps 11 hours at night then has an 1 1/2 hours in the morning and 1 - 2 hours in the afternoon, I dont know at what age babies stop having their morning sleep

My Son is four and every time we go out and he has to use the restroom i take him in the womans room with me, recently he has started being embarressd. We sat in the restroom for almost two hours one day waiting for it to clear of girls before he would come out. I am not married I have no trusted male to take him in there for me so I still don't think I will let him go in by himself any time soon but, it brought the question into mind when is old enough?

Our 8th grade son threw one of the xbox controllers at the TV and put a hole in it. When I confront him he blamed it on his brother even though his brother was outside playing with a friend. He then took the controller and threw it at me. I said, "your grounded buddy and you get work off the damage."

He told me to "shut up" so I told him he just earned a spanking. He laughed at me and said "Dad's not here." So I grabbed him, pulled him over to a chair in the room. He tried to fight me and was yelling "You can't spank me" and "what the hell" ... after a brief struggle i had him subdued and over my lap. I spanked him probably 8 times on his bare bottom with my hand. After about 2 spanks he was crying and begging me to stop. I sent him to his room when after I got done with him. Should I have my husband give him the same treatment when he comes home tonight?

I always think about C-Sections and they seem so scary! I have a huge panic disorder and even the epidural sounds scary to me! What do they both feel like? Is it something I am possibly going to have a huge panic attack during or does it sort of calm you down? The though of not feeling my whole body scares me!!!

i am 26 weeks pregnant and i have TERRIBLE back pain. i had it with my first daughter too but i dont remember what i did about it. does anyone have any ideas besides warm baths and cold compresses or professional massages that could help? did you by any chance have a doctor that prescribed something that i could talk to my doctor about. i just know taht my pain is only going to get worse and it hurts so bad already any suggestions? thanks for the help.

my daughter lives with me.her baby girl is 7 weeks.my daughter will stay up all night.and then all day sleep.i really dont mind having the baby durning the day.but i hate days like today when she keeps that poor baby in bed with her all day.the baby is starting to stay up longer now.and when i have her i put on her baby music i get toys out for her to look at. and i rock her and feed her.change her.my daughter will get up to feed her and change her but i cant take her leaving that poor baby in bed all day.what should i do?.
my spelling is not that good sorry.my daughter is living with me because she is 17.she dont go out or nothing just stays up in her room all night.

I will go to the doctor regardless. Just changed jobs and will be covered on the 17th. My cycles are ALWAYS 28 days on the nose. Sometimes a day or so early but regular.

First day of last = Dec. 11.
Made love on Dec.23 only.
Started spotting 1 week later (6 days ago)
Next official regular flow period due Tues. Jan 9

Next day spotting begins (Jan 1) I see it mid-morning when I wipe. mild cramps.

I took a pregnancy test this morning, negative. Just today more consistant mild cramps. I've been stressed. But worse before and this has never happened to me...

We recently decided on naming our new baby girl Erica and her last name will be Meyer. I thought Corynne would be a pretty middle name, but my other half thinks it sounds funny with Erica.
Hmmm...Got any better deas?
We tend to like classic but pretty/femminine sounding names and would like to stay away from the super trendy names(i.e Hailey or Jaden...etc.) nor the overly-used middlenames(i.e Ann, Marie, Lynn, Rose... etc.)

and Daddy's name = Dale Paul Meyer
