Since a young age iv had a fear of giving birth naturally, i want 2 knw more abt c-section,ive heard a tube is put somewhere down there, can this be avoided?or if when pregnant i go 2 a private hospital will they consider what im asking?

and they all say I am tiny. Is this normal? I have gained about 15 pounds and I was 106, so I am very petiete and short. I don't know if my baby is healthy since I am so small. Any thoughts?

It is about a little boy, about 8 yrs old, who him and his friends go into this old house that I guess was haunted and when they all went to sleep or back home or something, they went bald. The little boy then goes to a lady that fixes up a potion with rotten eggs and peanut butter and some other stuff for him to put on his head, then the next day his hair starts growing non-stop and it get's really really long. I saw this movie when I was a child and can't figure out what it was, but it certainly left a mark. I would love to see it again so that I could get over the fear of long hair.

I need some honest answers on how painful labor/contractions really are? I mean there are 3 stages of labor and the second and third are most intense and painful, however some women say it's not that intense if i can practice breathing or bend/lay in certain positions that way the pain is controlled some. Others say the labor is most painful for them to go through. Few of my friends say i have been reading too many pregnancy books which try to scare us about how the pain is and each gori detail in there. I just want to ask that with an epidural, is that really a pain reliever if the Dr's do an episiotemy.cesarian, or anything? Can I get the epidural as soon as I am entering 2nd stage of labor? I am just asking? How many of you can honestly tell me what labor pain is like whether its back pain or abdominal? This is my first pregnancy and knowing something from real people/cases may help me. I do want to add that in my case my cervix

He's already eating some of our foods and stuff like cheese and yogurt etc. What kind of things can i give him as a snack in the car (i.e. cheerios, and gerber snacks) are they appriopriate for someone his age?? And what age is it appriopriate to start Homogenized milk??

My girlfriend is 7 weeks pregnant and we just had morning sex.

For about 6 weeks now i have had all of the symptoms(sleeping a lot, eating, weird stuff, weight gain, tender breasts, mood swings, and no period.) I took multiple pregnancy tests but they all came out negative. I dont kno what to do i am so worried that if i am not pregnant than what is wrong with me. I cant go to the doctor because my insurance does not kick in till the end of Feb. Can anyone help??????

For example in a hospitals like Apollo? Any recommendations for hospital, doctor? Wife is in her 32nd week. I know it is rather late to be looking for doc/hospital but due to circumstances the planned/scheduled delivery in the US is not gonna happen. She has been going to a very modern practice/clinic in the US. So I am trying to find her something where she is likely to be not overwhelmed by changes.

I keep hearing people talking about them having an incompetent cervix. Are there any signs or things I can look for to give me a clue if I have this? I'm 19 weeks pregnant and worried I may have this problem. I get a pinching feeling in my vagina, not a cramp and not really a pain but just kinda pinchy. (hard to explain). On December 30, of 2006 i had sex for the first time.. And the first time we used a condom but the second time we didnt. He told me he pulled it out before he could let any get in me but i still am not sure.. Im freaking out cause my parents would freak out if im pregnant. Im only 15. I dont know what to do cause its only been 6 days since it happen but i still want to make sure. my daughter is mild & well mannered at school & her teachers love her. BUT there are bullies in her class who r pushing her & hitting her & as a result, she doesnt want 2 go 2 school often & also cries when i drop her off. Shes getting to look like a real baby, when earlier she was the one who used to "mother" everyone else, she didn't even cry on the 1st day of new school! now her personality has changed & shes getting scared of going 2 school. We've taught her that if someone hits her, she shouldn't hit back. I thought that was the right thing to teach our kids, but now, it seems people r telling us we r wrong. They say tht u should teach ur kid to hit back, so that the bully is aware that ur kid is not going to take it lying down & that will make the bully scared of trying any stunts. My worry is that if she hits someone, she may be reprimanded instead of the one who started it all, since the bullies normally never get found out! WHAT DO YOU THINK? How do I make my child bold again?

I had an ultrasound at 30 weeks and the baby measured 4 1/2 pounds. My books and the web say the baby should only weigh 3 pound then. i am now 33 weeks pregnant and i am starting to worry more and more about the size of the baby. I am worried that the baby will be to big for a vaginal delivery. My estimate is that the baby is 6 pounds now. 1/2 pound a week right?

Okay, to start off I am NOT trying to get pregnant. My fiance and I have been busy moving into our new home the past few weeks. I have probably skipped my pills for about the past 2 weeks. I know, that is so careless of me, but I can not go back and change it. I have been on bc for about 4 years now. What is the likelyhood of me becoming pregnant because of these skipped pills.
