Hello. I am 37 weeks pregnant and my hubby and I can't decide on a name for him. We have gone back and forth for over 4 months now, and now we have many names, but can't pick..... We have to use either... Elvin or Leland as the middle name. so the first names we like are...

Landon
Ethan
Payton
Kenden

no matter what i do it seams to repedative. The last name is Laub (sounds like corn on the COB)

please help. After four months of undeciding, I would love to be able to call my son something. I really will take opinions seriouse!!!

I made up the name Nelaya in my high school days and I think it sounds pretty. Josephine is my mom's name, so I want it as her middle name.

I want Jefferson so I can call my little boy "Jeffy" like in the Family Circle cartoons and my husband's name is Douglas - which I think is a strong name and his middle name is his father's first name, so keeping the tradition.

What do you all think? Good names or do you have any suggestions? Thanks!! :)

I keep an almost 19 month old during the week. When he first started here at the end of the summer he was 14 months old and understandably teething. Now he has all of his teeth and has for about 3 months, yet he puts everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING in his mouth. So I know for a fact he is not teething. Random toys (size doesn't matter), books, playdoh, lego's, paper, dolls, doll pacifiers, doll hands/arms, clothes, his fingers, wooden puzzle pieces, small pieces of trash he finds on the floor, the straps on his overalls - doesn't matter, he wants to put it in his mouth and "taste" it. As far as food is concerned he's somewhat chubby, quite greedy with food and eats a lot, but I don't know if this has anything to do with the other issue. It doesn't matter if I tell him politely 75 times a day not to put things in his mouth or scream it, he won't stop. Any suggestions?

i had a show on sunday the doctors said this is normal as the babies head is moving downwards. however i had two more shows since then with sharp pains at the bottom off my stomach. lasting around a min..... but not often. I have them at night and in the day. can anyone help???

How long did you spot for? I have had some spotting (not enough to even really show on a pantyliner) there has only been some dark brown, tinged with a tiny bit of pink off and on for a few days. My period was due January 1st or 2nd. I have had this spotting off and on since the afternoon of December 31st. I have not tested as I keep thinking my period may come. I have signs that go with both a period coming or with pregnancy (sore larger breastsand tired) and I have had some lower back cramps off and on. I would just like to know other peoples experiences. Thanks!

Also if one is pregnant will there be any type of mucus to show your mucus plug is starting to build? Just curious as there has been a tiny amount of brown mucus too. (Yes I have kids but the last time I was pregnant was 9 years ago and I forget all the things that happened at the beginning lol)

Hi there. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant, but almost everyday, i worry that my baby is going to be stillborn, miscarried, or something is going to be wrong with it. i already had a sonogram and i saw the baby and heard the heartbeat, but for some reason all these worries come to my head. I am worried that my baby will die basically. Whats wrong with me? Has anyone else ever felt this way???? Any help would be great.

my bbs were very sore three days ago and today it is like they stopped hurting does it mean i am not pregnant?AF is suppposed to come tomorrow for me. i just don't know what to think. i got some brown cm yesterday and so i thought that was it for me another dissapointing month, but then i felt like i was going to be totally sick last night, so my hopes went up yet again. please tell me!

SHe is due in 10 weeks!!! Before going to bed I noticed a few spots on my underwear, reddish. I had some mild cramping similar to menstrual cramps. When waking this a.m. there was more blood. I have already called my clinic, but no one answered left message, eagerly awaiting. I did not notice any chunks or globs. thanks.

i asked a littl bit ago and i guess i didnt mention where the pains are, they are in my lower abdomen, they hurt when i stand but are worse when i sit, like i said i had problems with my previous pregnancy and i have an incompetent cervix. i have an ultrasound next week and wondered if i should wait or call my doctor and let him know what is going on, also i am scared to leave work cause they are very strict about leaving work. thanks for the help

oh and i am pretty sure it isnt round ligament pains they are a bit stronger than that. is this normal at 13 weeks to feel like i am having contractions?

I've wanted to start trying for a baby with my man for the past two years. I'm starting to get impatient and the feeling inside of me is getting more intense. We would be able to afford it now, but he wants to wait a while until we are more financially secure. I feel like that time will NEVER come!!! How do I control this feeling? for past week my bessie m8 has been saying i look preg, but for past 2 days iv had cramps, i cant go near coffee, and been drinking tea for past week , but no i dont want that either today. i can't drink apple juice and if i dont eat by mid day im sick. according to a chart i have my last af was dec14 and next is due on the 12th , the reason my friend thinks this is coz she feels i am and i have gaied lots of spots lol, so is there and way i could be, i know i was bd at the time of ov and well i cant remeber wether he used protection or not ... ill have to ask him lol
and advice given is much appreciated to a rather muddled 21 yr old

My wife and I have only been married a year and a bit and 'our' son Was born in Early October 06. Last week she told me she couldn't do this took our son and left me. Me, unaware, thought our relationship was good and didn't understand what she 'couldn't do' this was untill, I later recieved a TEXT message off her saying the child she gave birth to wasn't mine, that she was sorry but she was racked with guilt & couldn't be with me. My son (i still see him as that) means the world to me and we'd always wanted children it was a blessing, this has really has ripped my heart right out.What can i do in this situation. Do i have any rights at all. Although it hurts i asked for a paternity test and that is pending the 'other' man. What can i do? I can't just walk away and say oh well he's not mine, thats MY LITTLE BOY.

I'm on the birth certificate, I chose his him name. Any rights?

So for dribbling on, Just...Grr.. you know how it is.

I am thinking of calling my new baby daughter Grune but my partner says the name rhymes with prune which is a dried fruit. My partner wants to call the child Sevenofnine after a TV show character - but I think that name is stupid!
Do you agree that Grune is a nice name (even though it rhymes with prune) and that Sevenofnine is a bad name for a little girl?

Hey guys
I was spotting 2 times(brownish) after my last month period that ended on Dec 16th. I thought that was weird as that never happen before and more weird because i am on the pill and never missed any pills . My period is a 6 days away for this month but decided to do a pregnancy test this morning anyway knowing it might be to early. I took a shower and looked at the test afterwards and there was an extremely faint light positive line.I think it was before 10 min i really don't know, I do have unprotected sex with my husband all the time so i wont know when this could have happened but i am kinda shock cos i am on the pill. which test is the best out there ?i think i used accuclear, but maybe u know of really good test. I have been a little more tired then usual and had constipation for a few days but other than that i feel perfectly fine , can i stay on the pill till i found out if i am pregnant or not ? Thanks for the advise i appreciate it and happy new years

My girl is in 2nd grade..it seems as though some of the other girls aren't very nice to her( not letting her play with them and such).
