it is really funny how many rude answers i got. Some of them are just trying to be honest, but others are trying to be cruel. I think it is sad. The fathers name is Matthew Elvin Laub
and the grandfathers name is
Leland Elvin Laub
I know who bad those nams are, but don't have a choice in the matter. My daughters names are:
Deserrae-koli sabrina laub
Jazmine-lala elizabeth Laub

for all those who think I am TRYING to be diferent, well I am Native, and my hubby is Tongan. So we ARE different.

Go into labor with it narrowed down to 3 choices, and pick when you see the child's face. It'll be MUCH easier then, I promise you (unless you are really losing your mind). We had a list of several names and I agonized and analyzed forever, but when she was born only one name fit her -- even came close.

Your combinations seem repetitive because you've chosen first names ending in -n and so do your middle names. But that does not matter! I think they can sound nicely rhythmic with those endings, not rhymey. My choices for your Final Three:

Ethan Leland Laub
Landon Elvin Laub
Kendon Leland Laub

(Can't use Ethan Elvin, unfortunately, because of the initials!)
I like Landon best of the names you've picked out, and I hope you'll consider spelling Kenden as Kendan or Kendon if you choose that one (because the -en ending on such names is usually used to indicate a girl, in my experience at least). Oh, and Cadon or Caden instead of Kayden -- looks more manly to me as well, your mileage may vary but I have run into a lot of folks who think so.

The only name I think is usable is Ethan. Kayden is ridiculously popular now (mostly among people trying to be different, ironic huh?). Payton, sadly, has been taken over by the girls. Kenden isn't even a name. I love Landon, but I'm worried it's getting too popular now. If it isn't around where you live, I would go with that.

On a side note, the middle names aren't too bad. I actually really like the name Leland. It would be a nice first name too, and he could go by Lee if he wanted to. Just a thought!

I guess I reccomend either Ethan Leland Laub or Landon Elvin Laub.

Good luck to you!

What if ou used the father's first name as a middle?
Ethan Matthew
Landon Matthew
If that will not work then I like Ethan Leland.

The name Leland is really bad for a middle name as it's too many L's.

The names alone are really too many syllables for the one syllable last name. You need simple one syllable names.

Leland John Laub
Elvin James Laub

The others are like nursery rhythms.

Kayden Leland Laub,
Was such a fat slob.

Ethan Elvin Laub,
Let out a great sob.
For another mother,
Who did not smother.
And named me John!

You need a simple first or middle name not both with multiple syllables.

no offense, just my opinion, but i'm not a fan of k names for boys. also, if you have to use one of those middle names, i wouldn't choose ethan as a boy name, it just sounds awkward.

i like landon elvin or peyton leland.

I love the names you picked out. here is the option i think in my opinion you should go with.:
- Payton - meaning: small town- origin: American English
- Leland - meaning: forest - origin: English

-------------------- Payton Leland Laub -----------------------

i like the sound of that. --- hope this helps. ---

i love the call Cheyenne for a lady. yet naming a boy Cyrus is like naming a lady Ursyla, there like from outer area or something. to boot to a boy might want to be named Hayden, it truly is what im gonna call my first boy & Breanna for a lady.

Not being a jerk... but with a middle name like Elvin or Leland, that kid deserves a normal first name that won't get him beaten up on the playground every day.
How about Jonathan or Michael.
