At two months, it seems a little late for spotting, but it could be something similar to that. My wife experienced bleeding during the first trimester, we panicked and went to the doctor. It turned out that we were panicking over nothing. So, my advice is to see your doctor, but try not to panic because it's probably nothing serious.

I am 11 weeks pregnant and was spotting around 9 weeks. It wasn't very much and lasted about 3 days. I called the doctor and he told me to come in for an ultrasound. everything was fine, but i am glad i called. You should call your ob immediately, while bleeding (especially heavy bleeding) may mean a miscarriage, spotting may be normal for your body. this is my second and i did the same thing with my first pregnancy. Call your doctor and get checked out though. not only for your baby, but for your own peace of mind!

depending on how much ur bleeding. if u are bleeding like a normal period it could be a sign of a miscarriage or possible miscarriage. of corse call ur Dr and get advice. i blead a lil bit at 14 weeks for about an hour. the nurse said if i continue to bleed or bleed again to go straight to the hospital. so.... getting checked out would be a smart choice. good luck and God Bless.

It is actually quite common to have light bleeding during pregnancy, even though I understand it can be quite alarming. If the question you ask refers to yourself - then you really do need to go and see your Doctor asap, and they will reassure you and do some tests if they deem this to be necessary to rule a few things out and also give peace of mind.
Any medical professional would advise this to be investigated, but many women do bleed throughout their whole pregnancy and deliver perfectly healthy babies. Please go and get this checked out for your peace of mind, and hope all goes well.

20 weeks and no kicks? That is odd even for a first time mom. I am 20 weeks 6 days and I feel little girl kick at least 30 times a day. If the doctor is not concerned, then you should not be either. Try drinking some really sweet cold juice and lay down. You should be able to feel babies kicks from the outside by now too. *My little one kicked three times while I wrote this. My guess is you are just missing your babies kicks*

I think you should call the doctor. but I can tell you that I bleed throughout my whole first trimester. Not a thing was wrong. My doctor just said some women just bleed they have no idea why they just do.

I'd agree- it means that she needs to get in to her doc ASAP!!! It could mean a number of things, and only her OB can find out for sure...

if it's very light,it's probably not a big deal-if it's heavy, accompNIED BY PAIN OR CRAMPING IN THE ABDOMEN-SHE IS LIKELY TO BE IN THE PROCESS OF MISSCARRYING THE CHILD & SHOULD BE SEEKING MEDICAL ATTENTION AT ONCE
