Hi there,

My boyfriend has an undescended testicle that has never been operated on... The docs have said his other ball should be in working order but I'm worried.... Is it possible that he is infertile?

I've heard so many conflicting answers. I got the shot almost 3 months ago, and we abstained from sex for the first 4 weeks per doctors orders. It apparently takes that long to be effective, so to be on the safe side we just didn't do it as I get pregnant if he just looks at me. I had an almost normal period weeks 5 and 6 on the shot, and then we resumed having sex again. The weird thing is, when I was on the shot three years ago I spotted for almost 3 months straight before my periods quit, and this time there is nothing. I've been really sick to my stomach the past few days and have been getting a ton of headaches. It's exactly how I felt when I was pregnant with my son. I plan on getting a test if the symptoms continue when my husband gets paid, but due to spending so much at Christmas I can't afford to get one right now. I'm hoping it's just the flu, as I really don't want to have another baby right now as I'm going to nursing school. What do you think, is it possible?

We just got approved for Medicaid. They sent us a brosure to choose a plan for health coverage. I'm so dumn in this things. Most of my friends on UnitedHealthcare of Florida. Also I'm considering Humana Family. Can you please help me with the choice, what's the difference?

And another question: on the bottom of the page it sais " free approved round trip transportation to medical appointments" with Humana Family plan. Does it mean they can give me a free ride to pediatrician or emergincy(I don't drive and my husband works a lot)?

Is it normal for adult men to check out teenage girls?

I've noticed that when I'm with my teen daughter that many boys will look at her. I mean its understandable for teen boys to do it, but even adult men do it!!!

ok, im really nervous now! I noticed the counting stop going up, and is now going down, and at 30 weeks this really scares me...

what are the chances of me having an early labor??? (preterm) i did smoke for 4 out of the 7 1/2 months???

i talked to my doctor about not having to have an epiderial, and she said the best way to avoid that is stay as far away from the hospital for as long as possiable, but i told her i did want an alternitive, she suggested something other then Demerol, any ideas??? i forgot what she said it was...


mom's please share some of your first time baby stories, im scared, and really nervous, i keep getting really crabby, and it makes my fiance in turn really crabby, is this normal??? please say it is!!!

I had sex about 3 weeks ago on a sunday. My period was due that thursday/friday. It did not come. On that friday i had nausea and sore breasts. The nausea lasted 2 days and the sore breasts lasted for 5 days (they did grow and are still that size). I took a pregnancy test when i was 2-3 days late and came up negative. 9 days after intercourse i felt a pain in my lower left abdomen that lasted for about 6 or 7 hours then i never felt again. After about a week of having sore breasts and nausea, my symptoms went away completely and that next thursday (1 week late for my period and 11 days after intercourse) i bled on the heavier side for 2 days and the period or implantation bleeding stopped after 6 days total. My periods usually last about 7 days and i am always regular. I am experiencing slight back pains but i think its due to work since i work in a department store and always walk around. I need insight on if you think i am pregnant or not. i plan to take another hpt in a day or so.

My mother has told me (probably annoying old wives tales) to avoid watermelon and pineapples at all cost during my pregnancy. I looove watermelon but luckily it's not in season I guess.

Has anyone else been told this as well? It apparently causes your baby to have eczma or asthma (I can't remember which one) but I can't find any articles on this. Has anyone found any health issues with their kids from eating alot of watermelons or pineapples during their pregnancy? It would be useful if there is some medical evidence somewhere on this stuff.
