My 15 year old is constantly in trouble with school/law/parents etc... We have gone through lots of treatment and special assesments, with no effective solutions. Ideas? Any experience with boot camps?

This is probably not the answer that you want to hear ... but there's no way to convince or show a teenager ANYTHING. Right now, he has his mind set that he's going to do what he wants and that you obviously know nothing. You need to be there for him when it happens, but you have to let him hit bottom. Its not until you've hit bottom that you decide you want to move up.

Boot camps I think can be very effective; because what you're doing by putting him in a boot camp is preventing him from going to jail for a few years. Some teens think that jail is an easy way out and we as adults know better. You may feel like your letting him down or giving up on him by putting him in a boot camp but don't think that way if he's into that much trouble. Think of it as if your saving his life, and try to do it before he gets into something big. He may not like the idea of going and he may not like it once he gets there but he will adapt. Do lots of research to get him into the right place for him. Good Luck

I'm not sure that you can start now, if he has been tested and doesn't have ADD, or ADHD or is EMH. He might just have to learn the hard way. Use tough love make sure you don't rescue him. Stand behind him let him know you'll be there but don't fix it. Its OK to love him and not like the person he is showing you or choosing to become. They didn't have boot camps when my son was making his lousy decisions but he did have disabilities. I'm proud to say he has finally gotten it right. good luck.
