Normal, yes. Socially popular, no. Attraction to adolescents is not a psychological abnormality, although acting on it might not be legal, and talking about it might not make you a paragon of popularity!

Whether it's "normal" or not, it's common. I check out cute teen boys all the time, and I've seen plenty of other women look as well.
Teenage boys are very attractive.

sure, ive heard a lot of older women say how much they like their men young (of course usually they mean young as in just 18 but i guess there are cases that they like them younger. but i really dont know if its normal or not
