Pregnancy & Parenting - 1 January 2007

I bought a 2 pack of tests, threw away the box and directions...aggghhhh...and I just tested. The results were 2 lines - I <---they look like that, they are not paralel. On the website for fact plus it said the lines have to be paralel. It is just the regular fact plus test. Does anyone know why I might have 2 lines? this probably is a neg test, i dont know

I have been trying for 16 months now my last period was dec 13 and my cycle was 29 days when its normally 31 days.... I took an ovualtion test Tuesday dec 26 and it was pos .. My husband and I had sex everyother day sense Christmas till yesterday.... But for the past 4 days my left side has been cramping and backpain also and increase in vaginal discharge.... How so could I check , I have a doc appt on the 3rd for a check-up could I have a blood test at this time?

I just got back from a McDonalds Playland and, again, am furious. My 3 yrs old and 1 yr old were playing nicely enjoying the playland. More kids came in. Some too big and too old to be playing there. They bullied my 3 yr old and ran over my 1 yr old. They were throwing toys up and down the slide and climbing on everything. The parents did NOTHING. My boys were then too scared to play anymore, but didn't want to leave either. When I finally caught the one mother's attention she gave me the "kids will be kids" shurg and I wanted to slug her. I let my kids play, get dirty and have fun. I don't let my kids hurt others, disobey safety rules and disrespect others. Why is this okay?

My boyfriend had his penis up against my vagina for a couple seconds and then put it in slightly, not the whole way. he did not have protection on and i am not on any birth control. he then took it out quick. it touched it with my hand and it felt dry. this was about a week after my period ended. this only lasted a few seconds. should i be worrried about pregency occuring or do you think i will be okay. what are my chances of pregnancy..thankyou

i'm really scared because i've been off school for nearly 3 months cause i got beaten up and i'm going to a new school soon i'm really scared and my parents don't understand everyone says i'm a BIG BABY i'm 13 and i'm scared of getting lost and making new friends i make myself ill and i feel like crying all the time is this normall and how can i face this fear?

My 15 year old daughter likes to sleep with my husband and I (not in the same bed, but the floor next to our bed). She says that she is lonely, and I don't know what to do. Is this normal? Shedoesn't hang out with her friends on weekends, but she usually hangs out with my husband and I.

I sat down to talk to her, and she says she likes sleeping in the same room with someone.

Is this normal? She's a really smart girl, excellent student, and everything, but I have never heard of a teenager sleeping with their parents.

I have been pregnant seven times - only one time have I carried to term. Twice I've gone into labour at 25 weeks; with twins, who didn't survive, and with my youngest daughter, who is 5 months old and doing wonderfully. My other children were born at 31 and 35 weeks - they are perfectly healthy, except premature births. I've had two miscarriages. The first four years ago at 17 weeks, the second at 10 weeks, just last week :( It's been discussed with my doctor before that maybe I have some problem causing me not to carry my babies, but he hasn't been able to give me any real answers. Generally speaking, what medical conditions could cause my losses and premature births?

My husband and I have a lot of male friends, and many of them have asked if they get to come to the baby shower (we'll be planning it). Many of the baby showers I've been to have been predominately women, with the exception of male family members--father and brothers of the mom-to-be.

I had sex about 3 weeks ago on a sunday. My period was due that thursday/friday. It did not come. On that friday i had nausea and sore breasts. The nausea lasted 2 days and the sore breasts lasted for 5 days (they did grow and are still that size). I took a pregnancy test when i was 2-3 days late and came up negative. 9 days after intercourse i felt a pain in my lower left abdomen that lasted for about 6 or 7 hours then i never felt again. After about a week of having sore breasts and nausea, my symptoms went away completely and that next thursday (1 week late for my period and 11 days after intercourse) i bled on the heavier side for 2 days and the period or implantation bleeding stopped after 6 days total. My periods usually last about 7 days and i am always regular. I need insight on if you think i am pregnant or not. i plan to take another hpt in a day or so. I am experiencing slight back pains but i think its due to work since i work in a department store and always walk around.

i am 34 1/2 weeks pregnant and lately (as some of you may know hehe) i have been posting questions about the horrible pains down there, and the hip poping thing, well i noticed that yesterday i started getting bad back pains and side pains... then today my back was hurting REALLY bad, and i was starting to get alot of cramps, no blood yet, just lots of cramps and some, very few, but some pains in my belly... i was just wandering if i was doing something wrong to cause these, or is it just the baby getting ready? do you think that i should have my doc appointment moved up or stay with what im at? my doc appointment is currently this thurs, jan. 4th. any help would be much apprecated, thanks :)

This is my first time being pregnant, at first I ate everything, now that I'm 8 weeks I find it difficult to eat. I'm hungry but when I go to eat, I can only have about 3 bites and then either I'm disgusted with the food, or I just can't eat it anymore. Is this normal or has anyone experienced this during pregnancy?
