I have been having trouble for a few years, after or during sexual intercourse I usually bleed and the next day it goes away. I've gone to a few gyn and they say I'm ok until last month I went to a gyn and he told me I have a small injury on my cervix( he said it could be due to my last childbirth, my daughter had her umbilical cord around her neck and doctors had to help her)

No, it doesn't. Incompetent Cervix means that your cervix opens prematurely and expells the baby. There is no evidence to suggest that your cervix will dilate early.
