You can narrow it down to a few days if you keep close track of your cycles and ovulation, and when you had intercourse. Sperm live about 3 days, and it takes many hours to travel to the fallopian tubes, so conception could have occured up to 3 days after intercourse. If the egg has already traveled out of the fallopian tubes when you have intercourse, this is too late for conception to occur. So, you are not pregnant for at least half a day to 3 days after intercourse. With this in mind, if you have kept close track, you can narrow down the conception day. This will help unless something went wierd with your cycle and you had a late ovulation or something, that is why daily tracking of temperature is important to know when ovulation occurs.

This may sound unbelievable but I am sure that I know the exact moment. I told my husband this at the very time. I had a feeling over my body that was spiritual shortly after love making and it was like no other experience, I said to my husband wow..it was like a spirit just entered my body, I think I am pregnant. It worked out to the date too. I had a miscarriage before that and I am very spiritual...I had prayed for this experience and I believe my prayers were answered. God is awesome!

I don't think you can... I say this because I was tracking every time we had sex, when I ovulated and then when the test finally came back positive.
My doctor reminded me that just because you had sex on a specific day does not mean that the sperm engaged the egg on that same day. Sperm can live (up to 5 days I believe) and then considering when the ovulation occurred, it's a guesstimate at best to find the exact day.

It depends how often you have sex. If you have sex everyday you might not be able to figure it out as easily. But if you have it less often then I think you can. I know when I did.
