i am 34 1/2 weeks pregnant and lately (as some of you may know hehe) i have been posting questions about the horrible pains down there, and the hip poping thing, well i noticed that yesterday i started getting bad back pains and side pains... then today my back was hurting REALLY bad, and i was starting to get alot of cramps, no blood yet, just lots of cramps and some, very few, but some pains in my belly... i was just wandering if i was doing something wrong to cause these, or is it just the baby getting ready? do you think that i should have my doc appointment moved up or stay with what im at? my doc appointment is currently this thurs, jan. 4th. any help would be much apprecated, thanks :)

I think you may be ok.If you feel better moving your doc visit up, go right a head, better safe than sorry.
Allot of strange pains and discomfort come while your pregnant. Those cramps you speak of...could just be gas, but sense you have a baby in your tummy...the gas is placed closer to your ovaries.....putting pressure in that area...causing cramps and pain.
Back pain is very normal....ugh..
Hip popping...is normal too..your hips are spread a bit..you have a baby in there and sooner or later...your baby has to get through those hips.hehe
And tummy pains...well..that depends on the pain.It could be constipation pains, food not agreeing with baby......gas or indigestion.Or if it is muscle pains...that is for sure because of the baby...you lugging around a big o tummy full of baby and water and you just never realize how much you use your stomach muscles until they are sore from being prego.hehe oh man and the same with your back.
I say speak to your doctor about all of this.I am not a doc and a doc couldn't really say what is going on w/o seeing you.
So again, if you feel like you should move your doc visit up to a sooner date, go right ahead. Its up to you Hun.

Well if you are in real labor you will know. The pain will be unbearable. Sounds mostly like stretching of the Uterus, painful yes... unbearable no way.

It could be contractions you're feeling. I would call your doctor and let them know what you are experiencing! If they say it's nothing to worry about, at least it will put your mind at ease...
