hi im a mother of 3 boys all born via c-section my doc says i cant have another c-section becouse it would be to risky for me but my heart yarns for a lil girl so much now im not rich and i dont have a house but me and my husband would love to adopt a baby girl but we dont know wat are the prosedure were we need to go and if we can even afford it since we hard it coast alot of money does any one have some helpfull information for me thank u so much

I really don't want to use the potty chair even though I have one. My daughter went to the big potty once, but I think I scared her by getting so excited. People always tell me, "Oh, they'll go when they're ready." But I need more advice than that. Please help!

i have a 3 week old and i was just wondering at what age did your child start to sleep 6 to 8 hours thru the night. Everyone has told me that they gave their child cereal the 1st nite they came home and they slept for 8 hours..i tried that and she was constipated for 2 days NEVER again..but anyways i know it takes time but i was just wondering when do they start sleeping more at night?

My daughter just turned 11 months old last week and I know you can't give babies cow's milk until they are at least 1 year old.
How do you introduce milk into their diet? My daughte is stil breast fed..I am currently trying to ween her but she doesn't want anyhting to do with formula. Is it really that dangerous for me to start introducing cow's milk 3 weeks shy of her 1st birthday?

I am roughly 6-7 days past ovulation, my charting confirmed ovulation, two days ago my temp dropped for just one day and then spiked up again, this morning my temp is higher than any of my other temps. What does this mean, I am looking all over for some answers please give me your input please

This is a little different type of question for baby names section, but i have twin sons who are 2.5 years old. Their names on their birthcertificates are Kaden Jeremy and Kodee Justin. Kodee Justin does by "Justin" He was named after his daddy, Justin. We did not want a Jr. so we did it this way. Well, the problem i have is after 2.5 years my mother still hates it that i call my son Justin, because she likes the name Kodee better. She argues with me, has even told me i F****ed up my sons name, and its getting old. How can i politely put her in her place without causing hard feelings? I'm sick of hearing about what i SHOULD have called my own child. Now that im pregnant again, she thinks ill "screw up" this childs name as well. What would you say to her? She lives out of state, but even on visits this comes up! Thanks to all who have read this far and answer!

my sister is 18 weeks pregnant she went in for her first ultrasound 2 weeks ago. she seen the doctor today and the doctor told her that she has a low laying placenta and that the baby is a smaller then she would like. but told my sis that it's nothing to worry about and she wants her to do a diabetes test next month and do a repeat ultrasound when she is 32 weeks along. i however today when my sis went to her office to try to talk to her the nurse said that she couldn't contact the doctor so she would send her an e-mail and the doctor could get back to her. the reason she went is cuz she had pressure in the lower abodomine to the point she was crying. i think that she should switch doctors she wants to keep with the doctor (even though she don't like her either) cuz her mom wants her to. can anyone plz explain the conditon and give some advice. thank you

i applied efficascent oil over the whole part of my tummy and back to ease discomfort aches at night (ive been doing this for months already). would it do any harm for the baby inside my womb? wont it do any abnormalities or anything? im so worried about it because just recently my friend told me to stop applying efficascent oil for it can blind the baby inside. please help...
