There is no way to guarantee that you will have a male baby. You should just accept the baby no matter what the sex of the baby is and pray that it is healthy.

you can not ever guarantee a specific gender even the most expensive ways like sperm sorting through ivf where they sort the sperm under a microscope to insert mainly all the gender you choose is not 100 % i have been looking as i also want to have another baby and after 2 girls would not mind a boy i found this web page i gave u the link take a look it cant hurt to try i think it is more luck than any thing the only advice i give you that is very important is to make sure that you and your partner want a BABY first and it sex is only a hope as if it is not a boy it would be very sad for the child or you and your partner to be disappointed or upset good luck have fun trying lol

There are some things you can do to increase your chances of having a boy or a girl. I read up on this, and the very first month we tried to get pregnant, we tried for a girl, and we had a girl.
Here's a link to a book on Amazon. Read the reviews and look at the other books listed and read those reviews. If you educate yourself well on your own fertility signs, and understand what things to try for the "boy baby" (in your case), you will have a better chance of conceiving a boy than not trying anythingn at all.

Make sure that the male you're mating with only has sperm that carry the male chromosomes and no female...or have them surgically removed.

You don't. There is no way to. The male gamete (wether it is an X sperm or Y sperm) is what determines the sex of the baby.
