AT MY HOUSE - WHAT SOULD I DO?

I ovulated between monday and tuesday of this week, and we are trying our hardest for another baby. I have my annual pap today with my gyno, is there anyway he would be able to tell if i am pregnant with only it being a few days?? I know different things change with your cervix and everything even though your like a few days..... but just out of curiosity??? Anyone know!??!

When I had my daughter 3 1/2 yrs ago my mother in law walked into the room when she got there, took my daughter from me and didn't even speak to me. She put on a big show like she was a wonderful grandma. She has probably seen my child 6 times in her entire life. Now I am 28 1/2 week along with our second child. She knows that I've had complications and thought I was going to loose the baby yet she hasnt called since I was 8 wks along. This morning she had the nerve to text my husband and misspell my name saying to tell me she loves me and needs our address to mail our christmas card. First off we have lived there three years(she should have the address) second last year she sent a card saying "I hope the two of you have a Merry Christmas" I still havent figured out which of us was excluded from that considering there were three of us last year. And third if she is so worried about how we are she could come by or pick up the phone and call. She onlly lives 45 min away.

I am thinking about trying to get Pregnant!
Is there a way to make sure I have a girl ?
I want a girl!
It will not be the end of the world if I have a boy but I feel that I would bond better with a girl!
but then I could make a boy a momma's boy be just as close to a boy!
But just looking out for a some Suggestions??

I am a college student and I'm trying to figure out should I put my daughter in day care. I really don't want to do it because I don't want anyone to abuse her. She is my only child and I love her with my whole heart. And I feel that I want her to be around someone that I know will treat her right. This last semester my aunt, my parents, her father, or my grandmother kept her. Now I want to go back to work, but her father says no because he do not want anyone to mistreat her. So he wants me stay home with her.

What should I do????

My son was tested by a Dr a few years ago and he said my son is gifted but may appear to some to be 'ADHD' because of his active "must learn" nature. Every year I've had to deal with teachers telling me that I should consider medicating my child. I've always told myself that I would not even CONSIDER medicating him unless his grades were poor. The teachers at his school have nicknamed him "Pixi Stick Boy" and ask him every morning "how many Pixi Sticks did you eat this morning before you came to school?" - my son has been labeled as 'ADHD' in the schools but 'gifted' by the Dr. Can a child be gifted ~AND~ ADHD? I'll be the first to admit he is QUITE active and his mouth never stops moving, lol - but is that reason to medicate when he's a straight A student? Just looking for opinons on the matter or experienced parents/teachers/Dr's who have been through it- thanks :)

I am 32 weeks pregnant today to my amazement the doctor heard two heartbeats. At the moment he`s not sure If I am having twins or not, but my question is if I am having twins wouldn`t it appear on the ultrasound? A lot of people see me and ask am I due any time soon however I have until feb before I have the baby, but I just figured that I had a lot of water weight and the baby would be at least 8 lbs, but now the twins thingy has me wondering. I mean wouldn`t it be known from the start or do women normally go into labor and sometimes they end up having twins? I am a small person weighed 120 at 5`6 before the pregnancy so wouldnt` it be evident that I am pregnant with twins before 32 weeks?

I'm an 18-year-old girl.When I was 14,I got pregnant and at the age of 15 I had my daughter - the best present from God!My parents were mad and even didn't let me live with them any longer,but I had friends who helped me and now I live with my daughter in our own house,I continued school and even though I don't have many friends,my life is getting better and better.It's difficult but the happiness to be a mother can't be compared with anything else in the world.I just wanted to share that to other parents.If someone feels like me,you can email me (sweetange666@yahoo.com).I'd be glad to find new friends in similar conditions as me(parents).

I borrowed by Dads car for a date since my bf's car was in the shop and i had forgotten to pick up mine from the mechanics because it needed an oil change.Since my parents were away i was lazy and just borrowed theirs.Anyway i decided it was time to loose my virginity so to be romantic my bf got wine from his parents place, got some sheets,flower petal and two candles.We parked in my favorite spot with a great view.Everything was perfect and we were cuddling afterward till the car started rolling backwards because we forgot to put the parking break on.The candles fell and the back seat caught on fire.Needless to say the car was damaged luckily we put out the fire but the back of the car hit another and the back is dented.

I have 3 YA kids who now have their own jobs and live on their own. How much money would be appropriate to spend at Christmas? I am not rich, but have always given them lots of presents at Christmas. It just seems that the older they get the more expensive the presents get.
I am thinking around $100-$150 each
plus, I have 3 step children who are grown and 3 step-grandchildren that I buy for as well.
