i am 30 weeks and i have to stand and walk while i am at work. i am soooo sore by the end of the day and my ankles are so swollen sometimes you cant even see my ankle bone. the other day at work i felt like my back was just going to snap into two. i think it is just normal for us to feel like that and i guess it just depends on our jobs or what we do during the day. all i know is that i am going to be cutting back my hours soon cause the pain is getting worse. i wish you the best of luck! =)

P.S. warm long showers help to relieve the pain and they are sooo relaxing.

i am 25 weeks pregnant with my second baby. My back is good but only because i am a full time mum to my 21 month old little girl Layla. the only problem i have been having is with my feet swelling so much, so i have to put them up twice or three times a day. If you have a sore back try at night a wheat bag you can get them from you chemist you just put it into your microwave for a minute and lie it on your back (these are great for in labour as well) But if your muscles are tight then try a gel called 'A Little Bit Of Relief' which you can also get from the chemist it is natural and it acts like a numbing agent to your muscles and it will not harm your baby. Good luck for the 11 weeks.

I am 27 weeks and pregnant for the first time and my pregnancy was rough from about 6-16 weeks but after that it has been great. I have had no major problems and I am not uncomfortable yet so I am enjoying it while I can. I am nervous about labor and delivery because I don't know what to expect but other than that things are going well so far.

I am not pregnant now but I have had two kids and back pain is the worst pain ever. It sucks so bad and I didn't have to work so I can only imagine what your back feels like. You need to get one of those massaging seat cushions and foot spa. Sit in your favorite chair and have a back rub and foot soak and you'll be right as rain.
