Pregnancy & Parenting - 12 December 2006

Do to unexpected problems and some poor planning that didn't work out, how can I provide more for my children on Christmas? As of right now I have one present for each along with two family gifts. Where do I go for assistence, how do I get my children things.... they are in need of school uniforms and I just really wish I could do more for Christmas. I mean it's not their fault that our money has "dried" up this year! Am I wrong to ask for assitance?

COULD I be PREGNANT????????

Im on the pill but I missed 1 week (ooppz)... then my boyfriend and I (that have been together for 1 year) had sex after my period... now that week that I missed my pill we had sex....my period is late BUT we used protection???...... could I be pregnant??

Has anyone ever felt completely absent minded?

Lately I can't even get a sentence out right or, when I try to remember stuff It's right on the tip of my tounge but I forget it right away. It's driving me insane!!! Has anyone else gone through this?? (I'm six weeks pregnant)

If anyone as disgusted with Planned Parenthood as I am?

I find Planned Parenthood DISGUSTING! They try and make what they're doing sound GOOD and they try and cover up how horrible the things they do are! WHO in their RIGHT MIND would support an orginization like Planned Parenthood? Planned Parenthood is not doing ANYONE any favor whatsoever, and if you support it, well...I'm sorry!

cramps...?

how do contractions really feel like?i know they feel like menstrual cramps but ive never had menstrual cramps in my life so i dont know what to expect?and since yesterday ive been having some sharp abdominal pains,i had like 3-4 of then yesterday and 2-3 today,also since this morning ive been having like cramping in my stomach,its like when you eat something bad and you have cramps,but i didnt eat anything unusuall,and this pain is constant since this morning.im 39 weeks pregnant.anybody could tell me what this could be?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Has anyone ever spotted blood during these weeks? My doctor says not to worry.?

It worries me though. This is my second pregnancy and I keep comparing it to the first. I've been told not to do that but, I can't stop. It just worries me because it feels like I shouldn't be bleeding at all.

Severe pain that no one will acknowledge......?

I'm 21 weeks preg. and having this severe pain in my abdomin everyday for two weeks now. The dr. said go to the hospital because they couldn't see me for some reason. The hospital sent me home after an hour and said take tylenol (which doesn't do anything). They wouldn't let me see the OB/GYN dr. on call or anything. i can't take this pain anymore. I can barely move, barely drive my car etc. I can't pick up my 1 1/2 yr. old daughter, do simple things like walk to the mail box or up and down stairs.
the pain is not on either side of my abdomin, it's in the area below my belly button so it's not round ligament pain because there are no ligaments in this area. (consulted an anatomy teacher at the college).
I'm at my wits end and no one will help me. the baby is moving everyday. I would just hate to think it's my old c-section scar on my uterus causing problems.
Please only those who have had more than one baby respond. Thanks

wut does it take to get a parent fed up enough to let you leave?

like if your child wants to move out to live with the other parent but you wont let them if they rebel should you give up an let them go? like wut kinds of things would make you really mad??

RE Over 40 , could i be pregnant...part 2?

yes i know a TEST would resolve it...but ive been told it is too soon. Home preg test was negative...I am away living out of my own country in a foreign country non english speaking...not much support here, preg test kits el cheapos....I guess i was looking for women who perhaps had similiar symptons...this is a first time for me ...so im not sure what to expect...????

My son is potty training, should I put the potty chair in his bedroom so if he has to go?

in the middle of the night or during his nap, he can go? He has a lock on his door so that he can't come out during naps or during the night & be running around...but what if he has to go potty in the middle of the night? I've been putting diapers on his for sleep time just in case, because he just started the potty chair this past weekend....HELP!!
