To be honest? if you make that parent fed up enough, they may not be there if and when you come back and you'll be the biggest loser of all. You are with the one parent for a reason (and usually the court or your parents, or both, decided that for your own good). You may always apply to the courts for an alternate custodial arrangement and take the chance of alienating both parents as costs have to be paid by someone. Hang on to both parents while you have them and don't risk losing either of them.

If you continue with this spoiled brat kind of behavior, you will probably spend most of the next few years grounded. Maybe you should accept that your custodial parent Loves you and only wants what is best for you. Throwing a tantrum like a 2 year old to get your way will only make things worse for everyone including yourself.

That depends on the parent. FYI: the grass is ALWAYS greener on the other side. You might not really want to live with your other parent. Plus there is probably a reason that the court gave you to the parent that has full custody, you don't want to end up with a parent who doesn't want you or is dangerous!

Going to college an earning of bachelor of science degree, then demanding to go to graduate school!

Boy, this would REALLY tick them off. Then maybe you could actually get a job, support yourself, visit your parents and give them gifts for sacrificing their lives and money on you over the years!

Boy, this would REALLY tick them off as well.

get my drift?...

Logic would work with me. My daughter lives with her dad because the city he lives in has an excellent bus system and she doesn't drive.
